I have mixed feelings about this tour. While the building itself is beautiful and fine to see, I don't think it is worth the investment for non-European visitors, who are required to pay double the entry fee (approx. €40). La visita al Parlamento de Budapest nos encantó. El edificio es impresionante, muy bien conservado y la experiencia merece totalmente la pena. Sin embargo, la cafetería fue una gran decepción. Pedí información sobre alérgenos y me dijeron que no disponían de carta ni podían indicarme qué podía consumir. La falta de información en algo tan importante es preocupante, especialmente en un lugar institucional. Además, el trato fue poco empático y no ofrecieron ninguna solución, ni siquiera al solicitar una hoja de reclamaciones. Una pena que un lugar tan espectacular tenga un servicio de cafetería tan deficiente.
