This used to be a great plumber but they have become increasingly dishonest and way overpriced. I recently paid $1000 to have the electrical panel on my boiler moved, only to then have to pay another plumber to move it again because it was in a dangerously hot location. The second plumber only charged $200. Find a different plumber.

Would give it negative stars if I could. I called to inquire about a bidet installment and the guy was rude, said he “would never touch” my bidet because it’s an Asian brand. Told me to “just buy an American bidet then maybe it’ll just work” So unprofessional and honestly came off racist. Don’t understand the high ratings for this place

I recall our conversation very vividly and I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and not a Jacqueline. As a potential customer we tried assisting you on the phone upon your request for the installation of a bidet seat that you stated has been somewhat problematic for you to install it yourself due to missing parts issue. We made a statement that some imported products from Asia are difficult to deal with as you also stated yourself. We recommended that you purchase a brand name product like Toto which is readably available locally which you refused. We certainly did not make a racist comment towards a group of people but rather an imported off-brand product of poor quality sold on the internet.
I am shocked you would take me out of context like this because of the frustration you were having with a purchase of a bidet seat that you made on the internet. I am offended and certainly deny such an accusation against my character as an outstanding as well as benevolent citizen servicing all nationalities for over 60 years in the five boroughs of NYC. I did not perform any work for you and placed no harm upon you and find your review unsubstantiated and simply a verbal attack to defame my company for no good reason. I suggest you take a better look at yourself rather than taking your anger out on an innocent party who tried to help and in return you posted a negative review.

Been using Parkset for years at all of our buildings. They are very trustworthy and you don’t have to watch over them unlike other companies. We recently had a hot water heater replaced. The team was in and out in a couple hours.

I highly recommend Parkset Plumbing & heating co. Inc. My experience with them was a great one.They help me with my Aunt's situation. Tom responded right away, he did the walk through within a hour of speaking with him. He explained the process of what has to be done. He was very respectful of my Aunt's home. I appreciate this company's honesty and eagerness to help. Their fee was reasonable and I saved their number for future need.

We have used Parkset Plumbing for years and always have had a positive experience.They have replaced the boiler to our house in the dead of winter. Replaced faucets in our 110 year old house with it's antique plumbing. The latest plumbing disaster was disintegrating pipes under our finished basement from the washer /dryer and kitchen sink area .Tom and his team came promptly. Isolated the problem using a camera to scope out the situation and replaced the necessary pipes. He managed to save my ceramic tile floors in the main living area of the basement. I can't recommend Parkset Plumbing enough.

Tom from Park Set Plumbing is one of the kindest and most honest service providers I’ve ever met. We had a gas leak, and they responded quickly, fixing it at a fair price. At the time, we were in the middle of buying a house, and after the repair, my husband asked Tom to take a look at the new place to check for any plumbing issues. Tom was incredibly patient, listening to all our concerns and offering honest advice on how to address potential problems—all without charging us. He even provided a detailed letter outlining the necessary repairs. Where else can you find someone like him in NYC? Truly outstanding service!

Parkset plumbing did a great job converting my super old and leaking flash-o-meter toilet into a modern toilet. Was super stressed out because i live in a co-op building and the regulation can be a pain, but the team was meticulous and even left the bathroom clean. Would work with them again!
