This company should not be allowed to operate. They are a disgrace !.
First Major Issue – change of drop-off place at the last minute, and a Drop – off Point with a none existent Postal Address.
Second Major Issue – change of date to pick up my car.

Parked the car before going on holiday, got taken to the airport. After the holiday Steve is waiting there to pick us up and drive us back to the car! Highly recommended and definitely will use again! Prices are also great considering the awesome service!

I cannot rate Park Heathrow highly enough. Stephen was so polite, friendly. helpful, accommodating and professional throughout the process. It started with my phone call to ascertain whether he would be able to fit an all-terrain wheelchair, all our luggage for a fortnight's holiday and 4 passengers into the transfer vehicle. He was able to reassure me that he could, and that he had no problem with our evening arrival and very early morning return. He also coped very graciously with the delays when the airline mislaid the wheelchair on the return flight and he had to wait while we went through all the reclaim procedure. The transfer from our car to his and the journey to the airport was completed within 15-20 minutes, as was the return trip. And Stephen was quick to help with the loading and unloading at both ends. The parking area looked very secure and was a good surface. We were able to take our car keys with us, and so had the reassurance that our vehicle would not be moved while we were away. All-in-all, a very enjoyable and stress-free experience. I will be very happy to use Park Heathrow again and to recommend them to friends.
This is so much cheaper than parking at the terminal and remarkably easy mainly due to Stephen's helpful and professional approach. I managed to forget my credit cards and only realised this en route. He not only made calming noises but adjusted my expected arrival time without a fuss. I got transferred to the airport quickly and on my return was met equally efficiently and taken back to my car. I can highly recommend this as a safe place to leave your car.
Highly recommended! Used for first time over Easter holidays and was really impressed. Fantastic communication, great value and reliable service. We were flying from Terminal 4 which was only few minutes away so even better. I hate flying and it really helped that this side of things was so much calmer and straightforward.

Park Heathrow is very good, park your car then they transfer to terminal, recently I have use there service and I'm so happy very much hassle free didn't have to wait very long when I have arrived I will be using there service again in future,

Used Park Heathrow for the first time and I will definitely be using again. You are made to feel that as a customer, you are valued. We dropped our car at the car park and were ferried to the terminal in no time and on our return, we were met in the terminal to be taken back to the car park and were in our car and on our way in no time at all. Stephen is an absolute gentleman. Our car suffered a blow out on the M25 and we let Stephen know we’d be late to park the car. He did everything in his power to help us, by trying to phone around for a breakdown truck etc when ours didn’t arrive on time. He agreed to receive our car from the breakdown people whilst they dropped us at the airport and he sorted a new tyre for us whilst we were away. Even contacted me to check we’d made our flight. What a star! Will definitely use again. Thanks again Stephen 🙂
I've used many different Heathrow parking companies over the years but can honestly say Park Heathow has given by far the best service. They are polite and friendly, provide excellent drop off and pickup transfers to/from the airport and take the stress out of the process keeping you informed the whole way. If that isn't enough their prices are very reasonable compared to the competition. Thanks Stephen and Ian, hope to use your services again soon.
When it comes to service, Stephen always goes that extra mile. I needed an early transfer for my last visit to Heathrow. When I arrived there he was, after sleeping on site, to ensure I got a smooth transfer.
Had a really good experience, everything from start to finish went smoothly, the private transfer is so much easier than waiting for a shuttle bus and much more comfortable
