I’ve always had great rides with Park City Direct. Always a very easy experience. I’ve had Jim as a driver numerous times. He does a great job and is an all around great guy. Thank you for always making it easy to get to the airport.

We had two great drivers who picked us up from and took us to the airport on our vacation to Park City. Todd and Steve were professional, early, and friendly!
I was worried about our flight coming in at 10:30 pm that we wouldn’t be able to find a company to get us that late. But Park City Direct confirmed both our rides immediately.
Both drivers were easy to communicate with, friendly, and were definitely local experts ready to give us tips on whatever we needed. Would highly recommend. Thanks Steve and Todd!

This a**h*** was rude, I'm a driver out of Georgia transporting to Evaston, WY. So 3days before my arrival,I was calling around for airport shuttles, so the first thing I did and was call the airport and they actually were the ones to refer to this d***. I called his and asked him if I could schedule a pick up from Evaston to SLC airport. Look I understand if some places are out of your region but this dude was rude asf when all he had to say was 'Sorry, I don't travel out that far.' Instead, he responded ' that shits not happening, yu need to call someone else, there no way I'm driving that fuking far when I was only 1.5 hr drive...if I could rate a 0 I would

David, I realize this was a few years ago. It seems unlikely that this experience was with us as we are family owned and that type of service is not how we operate. If it was indeed with a previous employee by chance, I would like to apologize. I can assure you that is not how we choose to do business or treat people. We pride ourselves in helping create the best transportation experience, even if it’s to point them in the right direction of someone that can provide what they need.
