I sent the parcel from Pune to NewYork. Parcel collected on Friday from Pune. Tuesday I have been told that they have received the parcel from Panvel warehouse. It was in damage condition. When saw the picture, rats was damaged the box & inside eatables also. 3-4 packets it has damaged. It means there is no enough care taken at warehouse. after 12 days parcel reached to newYork. They have replaced the packet by purchasing local but dont know what else must have damaged further. On and above that coordinator was so rigid to negotiate. No means No. not a single rupee she gave discount. Very poor response, mishandling packets & delay in delivery....Not so much happy this time.....

Had a good experience shipping my stuff to London from Bhopal. Sakeena had been really patient and helpful all throughout the process. The packing, pickup, and delivery was good. Alhough had a minor glitch with the delivery partners in UK , but that wasn't the fault of parcel chief. They were meticulous in everything they did. I am very happy and will definitely use their service in future, and will recommend them to others as well.
