Jake and his crew are fantastic! We have a large roof and they finished the replacement for that in one day. Then our gutter replacement only took about half of the next day. They all cleaned up very well after the project was finished. It looks great and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Correct materials. Good crew. Dealt with “old house” aspects not visible till tear-off. Got our job fit into their schedule and attended it until complete. Use state of the art equipment with effective results. This is our second project with Paragon; the first was a full shingle roof and is intact from about 15 years ago. Thanks, Jake!

In these days where it appears hard to find good reliable people to work with this has been a breath of fresh air stat to finish including cleanup in just 3 days, unbelievable!!

Tim and Paragon did our whole roof and gutters recently and they were great. They were responsive to questions and messages and worked with us on scheduling to find a time that fit. Even better is they were extremely competitive and fair on pricing versus other quotes. Most important though was a great looking roof with great materials that will last but has a great warranty if ever needed. Highly recommend to reach out to them.
Excellent experience! Not high pressure like other company I got a quote from but still available to answer all my questions and concerns. First visit was very quick to check out the roof and quote was emailed over a day or two later. No hours-long sales pitch which I appreciated. Pricing was reasonable. They offer financing options but are not pushy about signing you up for them. Roof installation was completed in a reasonable time frame and was as expected. Good workmanship. Tim came out afterwards for a final walk-around to make sure everything looked good and to answer any more questions I had. I would recommend Paragon to friends and family.

Jake and the roofing crew were great! Jake's communication was excellent! He kept me informed of what and when things were going to take place. The roofers finished my roof in 1 day and they anticipated 1 1/2 days. The cleanup crew came during the process and for 4 hours the next day. I would recommend them to everyone!

I have been very impressed and extremely satisfied with Paragon Exteriors and Jake Gast the owner. I had three quotes to do my roof in 2022. Jake and Paragon was the only company that said I could get by for awhile if I had a small caulking job done, which would give me some additional time to better budget for the re-roof job. Jake caulked the potential leak area at no charge and said to give him a call when I was ready to move forward. Paragon's quote was the best of the three that I received. I also liked the product and warranty that was offered. Fast forward (2 years later) to 2024, I gave Jake a call and told him I was ready to proceed. The Paragon team showed up at my home on the scheduled day, immediately got to work and did an excellent job protecting my house and property while doing the tear off of the old shingles. They were hard working, efficient, courteous and did an awesome job of installing the new roof and cleaning up on a relatively windy day. They worked till the sun went down and I couldn't believe that they finished the entire job in one day. The new roof looks great and I am extremely happy with the job that was done, and I highly recommend Jake and Paragon.
Paragon was great to work with start to finish! They came out to review our roof after a hail storm. Jake helped me work with our insurance to make sure the claim was complete. They were able to replace our roof less than 1 Month after our claim approval. The crew that came to work was great! The yard was cleaner after they left vs before the work was completed. Everyone was very professional. The entire process went smooth. In the end our roof looks amazing and we got some cool drone pictures of our house to save!!
