My dad is in this facility and they are mistreating him acting like he's just a major inconvenience to them and they tried to make him do therapy covered in feces and made my very sick mom clean him and wipe his butt and the bed was covered in feces and mom asked the nurse to change the bed covers and she told my mom that's not my job do it yourself. I think she should call state on this facility but she is to scared they will treat him even worse
Alma, Daniel, Donice, and Andrew were so caring! My case manager Britt was also great! My husband has made great progress during his stay here. Would recommend this place!
I Have Been Very Happy About My Wound Care Therapy And Experience At Warm Springs Rehabilitation Therapy Hospital. Dr. Hartman And Lashae Thompson LVN And Administrative Assistant Raven Thompson Have Gone Above And Beyond And Have Demonstrated True Professionalism And They Have Displayed Great Bedside Manners And Empathetic Repour. I Would Most Definitely Recommend Warm Springs Rehabilitation Therapy Hospital To Anyone And Anybody Needing Top Notch Wound Care Assessment And Treatment.
The therapy team was great!! CNA’s could be more gentle with the patient and communicate better with the patient and family. Bathing was not done on a regular basis and had to be asked for by family.
The staff here at Pam Rehab are great caring professionals, special thanks to my outpatient therapists, mainly Ali, Olivia & Glenna. Also thanks to my in house therapists mainly Jonah, Austin,Sara, Megan & Jake.
Luis, Alfredo, Arturo, Manuel and Cesar are exceptional therapists. Each therapist gives a unique and different rehab experience that is not only serious but fun. I recommend this place, I really enjoyed being here as in patient and out patient.

Therapist were on point. Nurses and techs. Not! Dr in charge Not on point either. They don't seem to care too much! I know ...Tis' the season to be jolly, but patients come first! I was with the husband all day cause he told me some disturbing comments about the nurses and techs and the Doctor on hand. They just come real quick and leave! . That day they were too busy down the hall waiting to see who was gonna win whatever. Call them and they just say to give them a few minutes or we will let the nurse know. Now not all were bad but one bad apple spoils the whole bunch! No explanations, no instructions, just take this and foof they are gone! They put a catheter on him to make it easier for themselves. They released him too soon. Sent him home with no instructions of what when and where! If they don't want to care for him then they need to go home! This place looks respectable and the staff are nice when you go in, but they do tend to ignore the patients. I stopped one person and asked if she knew where my husband was? Was he in therapy? She blankly answered in a rude tone, I don't know! Turned around and left. She could of said that she would check. But nope she was too busy on her phone. I said to her thanks but you're no help and left to go look for him. They would also leave him in the wheelchair allday. For petes sake he had Neck Surgery and Back Suegery! I refuse to hold back. Called my Doctor, My Insurance and Medicare! Yes they all know what is Not going on and what is taking place at this facility.. Merry Christmas 🤶

The care I received was just phenomenal. Doctors, nurses, aides, case managers and cleaning staff helped my two month stay all the more bearable. I highly recommend this hospital for specialized care. You will not be disappointed!!!

The staff is patient with me and helpful. They are encouraging with my progress and clear with instructions. Also clear with expectations of my condition and recovery. I am in PT and speech therapy. I like knowing what muscles I am targeting and when to feel the exercises working. In
Speech I like the instructions for daily tasks to improve recall of words and phrases that seem to slip through my mind and not make it to my tongue. That gives me hope that some of the word frustrations will improve. I have been told that speech therapy can help aphasia, or the delay of word recall in mid sentence, but never had a facility available to try it before. The speech therapy seems hopeful and helpful to me. I am hoping to enhance my cognitive function and see also that swallowing (chocking on my own saliva) may be improved.
They have a great latte machine as well lol!

People have been really nice and kind to me. They helped me get my feeding tube off and start eating again. I can walk now and do more for myself again. Mackenzie took good care of me. The respiratory therapists monitored me well and helped with my trach. The therapists helped me to get stronger and ready to move around again.

My OT (Cathy) did a great job with teaching me how to put my clothes and shoes on .
My physical therapist (Markeyia & Cassie) helped push me daily. My Nurse (Tasha) always came in to check on me. CNA(Jacque) came to see about me even if I wasn’t her patient for the day.
Ms.Ruby Anne made sure my room was squeaky clean! Shout out to my case manager (Mrs.Iris) so kept me informed from day 1 and made sure I had the things I needed . THANKS PAM 😎❤️
