My parents were both patients at PAM Rehab Tulsa, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The therapy team went above and beyond every single day—attentive, encouraging, and truly committed to helping my parents regain strength and confidence. The therapists took time to explain each step of the process, set achievable goals, and celebrated every milestone with us.
The nursing staff was compassionate and responsive, treating my parents with genuine kindness and respect. The facility was clean, organized, and had a very welcoming environment. I always felt informed, supported, and reassured that my parents were receiving excellent care.
PAM Rehab Tulsa made an incredibly difficult season so much easier, and I’m deeply grateful for the dedication of everyone there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing high-quality inpatient and outpatient rehab services.

It’s inspiring to see the progress our patients make and to be part of a team that goes above and beyond every single day.
I received wonderful treatment for my shoulder pain for all the therapy sessions. All the therapists were very accommodating with my concerns and made me feel welcomed, leaving me with a happy smile 😊.

I experienced more negative experiences than positive experiences and Pam Rehabilitation Facility. The employees as a whole aren't very friendly and no one smiles let alone makes you feel welcomed. The PT and OT employees were two of the very few bright spots I came across.

I want to give a shout out to Shawna who has helped with my brother ever since he got to the facility! She enters the room with a bright big smile and will always ask my brother how can I help you! All the services she provides she does it with ease. She makes you feel very comfortable and always leaves with a goodbye and her beautiful smile! She is truly a gem!

My dad was taken to this facility and it has been horrible. I have walked in and seen old blood on his sheets, next day I saw feces all over his sheets. I’m not sure how long it had been there. Another time he needed to be cleaned so I called the nurse station and they took an hour to even reply. If it wasn’t for OT that came in and changed him he would have still been laying on his own poop. He arrived Dec 4 and got his first bath Dec 12, after we asked for a bath numerous times. He has pressed the nurse button on his remote and they do reply via the remote but unfortunately my dad has a trach and cannot talk. Therefore no one comes to his room and the call button is just turned off. The room is always filthy. Trash overflowing everywhere!
I do have to say the RT team, OT team and Wound care is EXCELLENT! They have shown compassion and interest in getting my dad to better health.

The best care I received was with the people that I didn't agree with. The therapists knew how to push me so I could get better. Jai, Mara, Daniel, Stephanie, Ethan, Leslie, AND DONICE really pushed me in therapy. I appreciate all your help PAM.

All the staff at this facility were some of the best I have ever been treated by in my many admissions during my life due to spina bifida, I have been in hospitals many times in my life. The exception was the discharge coordinator supervisor who was the rudest, stoic obtuse individual it has been my sorry experience to have met. I developed a UTI, the night before discharge and I was held by the internal Med dictors which seemed to have infuriated her and then became her mission to get me out no matter what. Mind you I have goid private insurance that was covering all my stay, so again not sure what was her problem. I had to have a surgically installed IV to get meds for this infection, but that still did not matter, after my surgery I was going to need continued in home PT and OT as well, and the rental of a motorized wheelchair became my surgeon had me on strict no weight bearing restrictions. In her mission to get me out of the facility none of my discharge orders were filled correctly. I was without my IV meds for three days, no visiting nurse set up, no supplies just nothing was done. I have spent the last four days since being home om the phone trying to get her mesd cleaned up and my important at home care corrected, no one has returned my calls from the PAM Rehabilitation hospitals discharge coordinators office as of day five post discharge. It is because of this discharge coordinator supervisor that I would not recommend this facility to anyone. What use is it to get great in-house care to then be kicked to the curb with below substandard care or in my case NO CARE! I will be following up this survey with an official complaint to their regional administration offices, that is if yhey will answer my calls, then I will be taking it up with the state!!!
