During the two weeks I stayed at PAM, the entire staff was fantastic! I would like to give special recognition to the following individuals: Nurse Daniel, Nurse Cindy, CNA Meliza, CNA Misael, CNA Kerby, RT Rico, PT Dawn, RT Frank, they continually treated me with dignity and respect. Truly remarkable people. Thank you all! There are several others who I can't recall their names who were also great! One issue I noticed during my stay, was the understaffing of CNA's and other aids. I felt this made it difficult for them to answer call lights in a timely manner no fault of their own.

I've had so much progress since being here. The room is always clean food is decent lol for hospital grade food. However, today I leave to go to rehab and while that is exciting because its one step closer to home. I can"t help but feel like Im leaving my second home because of a few key people that deserve recognition and a thank you from the bottom of my heart. First to my singing Salt n peppa girl in OT Lori. Every time I saw her she encouraged me and made me smile. Her presence is a force to be reckoned with. Nigel in PT all the tears and pain you made worth it. Our banter is much like brother and sister and you and Lori felt like family. Adrian and Jen in wound care....my butt wouldn't be the same without yall! 😆 both of you so strong and caring. Adrian hopefully hou never have to pick my butt out of a lineup 😬 there are countless nurses and CNAs but these individuals I saw everyday and bonded with is something I will always remember and treasure. Nigel and Lori I will see you on the other side of the Mic! I will return walking, makeup and hair actually fixed and squeeze the crap out of yall until then I will continue to listen to tunes for therapy and think of you Lori and Nigey 🥰💛

My husband was admitted to the ER on 1/27 due to severe abdominal pain and was discharged on 2/17. After his hospital stay, he needed to move to a rehab center for physical therapy. As we researched rehabilitation hospitals, PAM was honestly not our first choice because of a few negative reviews we had seen online. However, since it was very close to our home and office, we decided to give it a try — and we are so grateful we did. I cannot say enough wonderful things about PAM, especially the nurses and physical therapists. They are professional, experienced, caring, and truly made us feel at home. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Even the food service exceeded our expectations. The chef prepared delicious homemade meals every day, which really impressed us. While the facility itself is not brand new, it is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the rooms fresh and spotless every day. One feature we especially appreciated was that each room has double doors, which provided privacy and helped keep the rooms quiet and peaceful for rest and recovery. Unlike some newer rehab centers that only use curtains, patients here can actually sleep without constant hallway noise throughout the night. I should have written this review three months ago, but better late than never. Thank you to everyone at PAM for taking such wonderful care of my husband. We still talk about our experience with family and friends and are truly grateful for the compassionate care we received.

The wound care team here is top tier. The compassion and care I received from the team far surpassed my expectations. Shay, Kimberly, and Andres are wonderful employees/nurses and should be recognized for providing care that was above and beyond! Blessed to have crossed paths with them during a less than wonderful time with my health issues.

Totally recommend PAM. Everyone is very caring. Carme and Olga were my therapist and they were awesome. Also Stephanie, Olga and Sonia the CNA's are the best. I'm happy I'm leaving but sad that I won't see my friends anymore. Love you all and I'll miss you! Oh almost forgot the wonderful nurses.... they're all great but the ones that standout for me are Christy, Judith and Michelle. They were always on time with my meds and would get me answers to my questions ASAP. But all the nurses are very caring. I just had the mentioned ones for a longer time. Thank you very much for the beautiful work you all do and God bless you all.

All the nurses and the CNA‘s were very good but I got one that was very outstanding as a CNA Ariana Rios. She always make sure I had clean sheets, clean towels that I ate. She was very courteous. Y’all got a good worker there. If it was me, I’d give her a award.
