Dr. William Chang was the pulmonologist that saw my mother Rumorica on 1/15/2026 treating her COPD and hipoxia, we went to see him on 1/15/26 and he only prescribed Amoxicillin antibiotic rather than sending her to the ER for her worsening condition. He had time to let her live more time but Thanks to his careless job my mother passed away on 2/11/2026, he is careless and unresponsible. He kept saying comments about my mother's age that she was too old already I didn't appreciate that..
I drove from Orange, CA to see Dr. Patel and his staff at his San Juan Capistrano office had an extremely pleasant experience. It’s a sign of a good doctor when they want to look at your past medical history and also want to do their own studies to make sure what’s going on. I told him that I have been extremely fatigued throughout the days and he looked at my CPAP report and was throughly explaining what could be causing this fatigue. And instead of just putting me on other medications (which I’m taking many other ones), he decided to change my mask to see if that helps and ordered a new sleep study to be done. Also, communication with his office has been quick and easy. Nandita sends me texts to remind me of my appointments and responds to my messages in a timely manner. Overall I have had a great experience and highly recommend seeing Dr. Patel and his office at the San Juan Capistrano office.
On time, greeted with a smile, staff was attentive, professional services by Dr. Patel, followup with precision and made sure we understood the instructions on future appointments by Nandita, Dr.'s assistant.

I only knew this place from my primary physician Dr Hung it literally took me 5 minutes to figure out where the clinic is located. Once inside the office the environment is different clean floor not so cushy chair but very nice staffs. I enjoy their courteous service and outstanding manners for customer approach.
My experience with Paloma Medical and Dr Soong was great. Friendly and professional staff were a pleasure to deal with. Was not rushed through the appointment as experienced with other groups.

I had my first visit today after the sleep clinic I had used previously closed after many years. Dr. Rezvan was kind and listened to my concerns. He worked to accommodate my needs. I needed a new prescription, and the supplier had received it by the time I reached home. I have no hesitation about returning for ongoing care.
