So not only was setting up an appointment easy, but the fact that they came to pick up my ps5, gave live updates and were willing to meet me to drop it off as well is just the first amazing thing. The true reason I am so pleased with my experience is because of this wonderful lady named Angela, who I would say is the queen of customer service with detailed information, a warming personality and the kind of one on one interaction that feels like you’re talking to a friend trying to help you rather than an AI. This 5/5 is genuine and if I have any sort of technology issues I will be back. Highly recommend to everyone and I mean everyone.

My son’s PS5 had a damaged HDMI port, and after calling around, we were told it could take *weeks* to fix or that we might as well just buy a new console. Thankfully, I searched for HDMI repair and found them… and I’m so glad I did!
From the start, they were incredibly professional and took the time to explain the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even better, the whole repair was completed in **less than 24 hours**!
During the diagnostic, they also found another issue we didn’t even know about and fixed it. They cleaned out all the dust, and even helped us save money by providing a new HDMI cord directly through them.

I absolutely understand why they get the ratings they get, which are astounding. Angela helped me through the whole process with any questions I had, including about prices. James was happy to answer any console questions I had. They had told me outrigfht it was a 50/50 because I had water damage thanks to the new kitten, but they were STILL able to fix it. The only thing that didn't survive (just doesn't hold charge but sits on the switch fine to play) was the one joycon which probably took the brunt of the damage so I'm more than happy. The prices are also incredible fair. For diagnostics if they can't fit it, it's only $35, and then my particular case only came out to $100. This OLED is still a $450 console and I particularly like mine who I call ole reliable for a reason. I'm more than grateful they were able to fix my system! They said for another $25 they'd try to fix the joycon, and if they couldn't fix it it wouldn't be added to my bill. It's also backed by a 90 day warranty for service.
So overall, I had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service skills back to back, good communication, great support from the techs themselves, all that. Every one was just so kind and I'm so grateful. They even told me HOW they fixed my device! Make sure you tip these guys too, they work so hard and they get it done.

Had an amazing experience with Palmetto Tech Rescue! My PS5 was overheating and I was honestly worried I’d be out of gaming for a while, but they made the whole process effortless. Seriously!! They came and picked it up, fixed the issue quickly, and even dropped it back off like it was a VIP delivery. Everything is running perfectly now!

I was quoted a price and given a specific timeline. Once they picked up my console, my console’s repair cost increased and the timeline for repair was increased my 72 hours . I was told this the day after my console was picked up. The issue wasn’t the price change but the issue was the horrible customer service. I received an unprofessional call after inquiring about the changes . If I could give zero stars I would . I found someone who was able to repair my console the same day for a cheaper price. Save your time and go to

Palmetto Tech Rescue is absolutely great! I appreciate them so much. My son has a gaming PC that wasn't working properly. I called them. They came & picked it up from my house on a Sunday.
