What a cozy and relaxing stay! Absolutely everything we could have wanted was already in place. The house was clean and instructions were clear and easy to manage. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were friendly. Tracie was responsive and helpful at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking at St. Augustine Beach.
This was the best AirBNB we have stayed in. The house was clean, modern and beautifully equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms were very luxurious. Tracie was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The location was fabulous - peaceful and serene, 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to St Augustine city center.
I had a wonderful stay at Tracie’s place in St. Augustine. The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect — just minutes from the beaches and downtown, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.Tracie was an excellent and very responsive host. She answered all my questions quickly and shared helpful tips on food spots and local attractions, which was especially appreciated since we were visiting from out of town. Her recommendations made the trip even better.I would happily stay here again on my next visit to St. Augustine!

Excellent location to beach, restaurants, shopping and old town. Everything was less than a 15 minute drive. House was clean and stocked with so many complimentary supplies. The kitchen was a highlight for us as we love to cook. The pool is private, kept beautiful and such a relaxing treat during our stay. The backyard was enough for our two large dogs to enjoy and there is even an outdoor shower for after the beach. We were more than pleased with our stay. I have to say this property has everything you could ever need. Don’t hesitate…book today!
We had a great time. It seems like they thought of everything little thing. Very quick to respond. Conveniently located close to the beach but back in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was very accessible. The fenced in yard made it great for traveling with our dog. Everything was very clean.

This place has it all!!! If you are going with family, it is a great house to rent. All the games to play, pool, and a fully stocked kitchen (which is a rare find). Beds are comfy and kids were happy. It is a bit of a walk to the beach in July, it’s quite warm outside, so we did wish the location was closer. But the house was so great, we just couldn’t pass it up. Tracie is extremely helpful with great recommendations and responds quickly! Don’t hesitate to book here! You will not regret it. Great place!

I’ve started sharing with future guests that the free beachfront parking by us includes covered picnic tables and bathrooms, which are rare amenities here and a great way to maximize beach time and avoid that midday sun in July. We absolutely fell in love with Tracie's home and all the wonderful touches she has made throughout the property. We are a family of 5, with 3 younger kids and spent most of our time enjoying the home versus the beach (which was awesome too!) I purposely picked her listing because of the attention to detail in her offering of amenities. We lacked for nothing as she provided all the beach toys, games, books, music, kitchen inventory, pool towels, chargers, everything! You will get what you see in the listing and so much more. The strength of her accommodation is all the details she has considered and provided for so you can relax and enjoy the vacation. She has really thought of everything. I would also add she stays very connected throughout your stay and is very responsive. We will be back!
We had a fabulous stay in Butler Beach! Tracie was amazing and so helpful with getting us situated in the house and in the area. Great recommendations for dinners, rentals and more! Having a pool was convenient and the short walk to the beach was easy. The house is stocked with everything we needed for the beach and for our dog who loved being on vacation with us. We highly recommend this beautiful, well stocked house for a fun beach get away☺️!

This place is absolutely perfect. Tracie thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We got all of our meals "to go" because my family all wanted to eat at the airbnb. The beach is very close (can walk or drive right onto the beach) and is beautiful. Every surface of this place is immaculately clean. My son lost his air pod and we had to look under the bed. We were shocked at how clean even under the bed was. He has a severe dust allergy and we always take his allergy meds with us on vacation but he did not need to take them at all while we were here. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are reading this, don't wait -- go book it. You won't regret it!
Overall great experience with Tracie and her beautiful home! The house was filled with convenience from extra outlets, USB’s, labeled light-switches, day one snacks and drinks etc. Proximity to the beach was super convenient as was finding local restaurants, donut shops, ice cream and putt putt all just a short drive away!Tracie’s instructions were all extremely clear and she was quick to respond to everything- cannot recommend this house enough!
Tracie’s listing was very convenient if you love the beach and ocean. It was stocked with everything beach! It is only a short 10-15minute walk to public access beach. The games they had were a nice touch. There was plenty of space for 5 people and a dog. Overall the house had cool artistic vibes with a pool to boot. Thanks for the listing!
This spot was ideal for two adult couples and three dogs. Sightseeing spots were just a short drive away and the beach was even shorter. The property was clean and functional with some hidden gems in the house. Upon arrival there was an issue that could have been major but the host responded quickly and things were resolved within the hour. 10/10 would recommend

Responsive host. Immaculate home. Just as pictured. Stocked coffee bar and nice having snacks and waterin refrigerator on arrival. Dollar General convenient at entrance to subdivision for any last minute needs. We brought our dogs thos trip well equipped for them as well.
