Palafox Creative IronWorks INC is incredible! I had run into the iron gate while backing up on a windy day and bent the gate badly. The photo doesn’t show all the damage for the whole frame was bent and the gate had no latch. I was just hoping they repaired the photo damage below but no, they went above board and straightened the whole frame plus added a latch!!! I called on a Sat and they came out on Monday AM. They fixed it and returned it in 5 hours! It looks way better even before I bent the gate! Very reasonable prices and just the nicest guys! Recommend this place 1000%. Thank you SO much Palafox Creative IronWorks INC!

Fantastic work, great communication, best price. I got 3 quotes on a new security gate and these guys were by far the best. Installers were fast and friendly. I’d definitely recommend you give them a shot.

After reaching out to several companies, Jose was the one of the two companies that replied and was fast to send out a quote. The custom dog gate came out beautiful and the solution Jose came up with was very creative and thoughtful so that there is no drilling on our door beam. The communication was spotty after the initial contact. I almost thought they forgot or dropped us and then all of a sudden got a call said that the gate was ready. Wish I could give them a 5 star review, the gate was quality work and price was fair.

I contacted Palafox on a Sunday and they took my call! A technician came out the next day to repair my gate. He did an amazing job and the price was less than the bigger competitors. I highly recommend!!

I’d been having issues with this heavy iron door that serves as the entrance to my patio/property- for over a year and a half! Even when I tried my best to gently close the door, SLAM! BANG! So loud it was embarrassing. Several tried to fix it over that year and a half until last week when the slam bang took out the support/closure bar that was attached to the wall. I could no longer close and or lock the door and anyone from the street could access my patio. When I called these guys and sent them pics and a video they said “we can fix that and we’ll send someone ASAP” This was late on a Friday and first thing Saturday morning was a text saying they could come anytime. Within 10 minutes they told me they were done. My door has never ever closed so gracefully and effortlessly and most importantly…quietly. Great work - highly recommend 👍

I had an unusual request to modify a walker for a disabled friend. She is tall, 80 years old, with a bad back and mobility problems and a very sweet person. Her grandson bought her a much needed new one for Christmas but the handles were just too short. She really needs to stand up straight or be in pain. This is not a job that would pay much money and most would probably not want the job but Jose took a very personal interest in helping me. He was kind, understanding and only two days later he called to say the job was done. When I asked him I owed him he said NOTHING! I am including a picture but I needed to order new brake lines before I can put it back together for her so it's not completely finished. BLESS HIM!
