Keith, Maria, and the crew at Painter1 Knoxville were exceptional to work with. I had some drywall repairs and painting done in my master bathroom ceiling, kitchen area behind the refrigerator, and the laundry room behind the washer and dryer. What started as what I thought was a small leak coming from my upstairs bathroom into my master bathroom turned out to be a much larger issue that required full house mold remediation. Through it all, Keith and his team at Painter1 were extremely efficient, clean, on time, and very communicative. They were honest, fairly priced, and made the entire process feel very manageable during a stressful situation. The crew was friendly, attentive to detail, and very respectful of the home. Their cleanliness and professionalism really stood out, and the quality of their work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Keith at Painter1 Knoxville again. We had an excellent experience with Painter 1 for our exterior painting project. Kelly was fantastic-helped us choose the perfect color and even created an AI mockup so we could see the finished look beforehand. Jarrod checked in to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finish, and Justin did all the hard work efficiently and professionally (even with our curious 2-year-old watching!) Highly recommend Painter 1 and we’ll definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Huge shoutout to this team for doing such an incredible job painting my house! Charlie was so kind and professional from the very beginning, and even though their estimate was a little higher than another one I received, the comfort and trust I felt was 100% worth it. Jarrod stopped by during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really showed how much they care. Johan and Daniel absolutely knocked it out of the park — the house looks perfect! As a woman, letting people you don’t know into your home can honestly feel a little scary, but they made me feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and genuinely good people.

Charlie and team did a fantastic job on our home! From start to finish they were professional, timely, and flexible. First of all, I really appreciated Charlie's flexibility with us (we changed our minds a couple different times on some things and he continued to be flexible and modify the plans based on our needs). Secondly, they did a great job with the removal of our textured walls, which actually, we were told by other local painters removal of textured walls couldn't be done. Charlie and team accomplished this with exceptional quality and in a timely fashion. I will be giving him a call in the future if/when we have other painting needs.
