I have been wanting to go to this restaurant for some time. I finally dined there recently and really enjoyed the whole experience. The service was good, I enjoy the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. I have a bias because I am Irish-American with dual citizenship, and all if my grandparents hail from Ireland. The restaurant does Ireland proud and reminds me of restaurants in the motherland. I would recommend Paddys Loft❤️🙏☘️

Thank you John
Our 1st time at Patty’s Loft was PRIME TIME!! St. Patrick’s Day!
What a great night from start to finish…
Was the wait for a table 30-45 minutes YES, it was St. Patrick’s Day! They have a very large bar, so order drinks while you wait.
We were so glad we were not scared off by the crowd. Patty’s Loft was the place to be…
Bag Pipers come through about every 3 hours. The food was excellent, the dining / bar area was packed!!! The dishes were flying out of the kitchen, drinks were flowing… GREAT JOB TO ALL THE STAFF LAST NIGHT, they put in work!!

This is the second year we came here. We CAME BACK BECAUSE HE LOVED this place. We traveled far to come here. However, the manager tonight was extremely disrespectful and very rude, we ordered a ton of food and alcohol, and one person happened to be vegetarian, we asked if there are any vegetarian options because there was a say, patrick's day menu and I was told I could have pasta primavera. It wasn't even pasta primavera. It was actually just plain penne pasta with broccoli, nothing just red sauce. The chicken pot pie was 27. The shepherd's pie was twenty seven. They charged me 39.99 for a single serving of pasta with broccoli and never told me that that was going to be the upcharge for ordering off the holiday menu..Just so you know that penne with red sauce costs two dollars to make. So can somebody explain to me?What gave them the right to charge me 39.99. My family owns 4 restaurants. I actually loved this place until tonight. Now let me mention,There was a handicapped young lady in a wheelchair who sat waiting by the staircase.
With people trampling all over her for an hour and 1/2 . I said she could have our table and the manager said "no, she can wait like everybody else". She stood there in white shamrock button up shirt with had an attitude. She was nasty, she was rude. She was horrible to the handicapped person. Don't waste your time going. Don't waste your time or your money.. You couldn't hear any your irish music , it's St patrick's day
When I asked to speak to the owner, the same arrogant manager said we have no time for this, she told me to get out of her face, when I wasn't even in her face
Trust me, if I was she would have known. I was asking her politely to speak to a owner and she made the comment. If you owned four restaurants, you should understand. No, I don't understand how any restaurant could charge 39.99 for pasta and broccoli with red sauce. It took us an hour to get our check. We were never asked if we wanted a dessert.. The manager was rude. She was condescending, and she has no business working for this restaurant. There where people waiting, because the manager couldn't figure out what she was doing with herself. Paddy's would have had made a lot more money had they had somebody else managing tables, we waited one hour for a check.Never offered dessert, and then having a manager tell me that I was rude because I told her that questioned the bill, when they put it in front of me.I had a single portion of pasta primavera because they offered no vegetarian things on their menu . Your manager. has no business working there. She doesn't represent your company. Ps when my family walked out the door I heard her disrespecting us, when she was the one who lacked any ability to service the customers. We chose your restaurant because we'd been there in the past. And we love it. And I know you made a lot of money because god knows the markup on pasta thirty nine ninety nine . When the shepherd's pie was twenty seven and so is chicken pot pie.. At least that was understandable.. we spent our hard earned money there and last year, and I have told plenty of people to come. But I will not do that again.. We also asked if there was any music because we couldn't hear anything in the dining room room and mgr said," I hear it.It's too loud in here.Oh, well.". Next time, we'll find somebody else to go for saint patrick's day...thats much more festive and doesn't have an arrogant manager who doesn't know how to seat a table. , definitely has no customer service and she absolutely had no regard for a young lady in a wheelchair that she had everybody stepping over the entire time when I offered my table to the girl and she said no, she could wait like the rest of them. So people, this is the restaurant you're going to.I'm glad they made a lot of money last night, but it's nothing to write home about. And I think I'm calling the health and human services department regarding how they treated the young lady that they just left by the staircase and said she could wait like the rest of them..smh.

Dearest Erin
Your arrival began with you entering the building st Patrick’s day at 5:30 pm . The busiest time! Your husband (partner) put name on list - you however went straight to the bar - on video - you were promptly seated - and complained that you couldn’t hear the music which was playing loudly!
Enter the lady in wheelchair - who’s family of 4 left her - not the staff of Paddys to sit there - (when we were fully seated- with no tables available. )
If the lady sat there “being Trampled on” as you say, where was her family? They all abandoned her? No one stayed with her.
You Erin sat at your table for 2 hours, while 1 single coffee was ordered
- if you watched the lady for 1.5 hrs why didn’t you leave so she could be at a table
If you wanted pasta why go to Irish restaurant on the busiest day of the year? Go Across the street. You tipped your server a lousy $10 on a $180 check!
Shame on you! People apologized. To me for your behavior!
Nasty person. As you stood Screaming in my face drunk in the middle of restaurant some customers actually said well done to me that I handled you well
You claim you are in restaurant industry, you should have more respect for the staff than you do! And Yes I told you to have respect for staff! Shame on you!
5% tip !!! Disgusting stay away

This place came recommended to us so we decided to try it out the food was delicious the atmosphere was fun well decorated place but what left a sour taste in our mouth was the waitress complaining about the tip we left. We left her a tip on the card and had left cash on the table before we could even tell her or her even see it she complained about it I found it to be so rude. I understand that waitresses and waiters have to be tipped they are very hard workers but to call us out and embarrass us was so distasteful.
