Had a wonderful experience with Pack & Send QT. We shipped our daughters’s things up to Wellington and the staff were incredibly helpful and made the process so easy!! The price was reasonable, especially compared to shipping things on a truck. My daughter’s second lot of boxes arrived the very next day! I will be using them again for sure! Happy Customer! 😊

Used packnsend for some audio gear. Was picked up promptly and sent very well packaged. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The service isnt cheap but i wouldnt hesitate to use them again for valuable or fragile items. 10 out of 10 for me.

don’t waste your time going there. frontdesk staff is too lazy to work. had a very bad experience, the front man lied, they cant send individual couriers like documents. 6 months back we already sent documents from takanini branch.

I have used Pack & Send on a number of occasions and the experience was first class. The package not only arrived at its destination in perfect condition, but the recipients were impressed that it was hand delivered, not merely left on the front door step, which happens to be visible from the road. I will definitely be using Pack & Send in the future. Amazing service. And so quick! Thank you.
