Wonderfully relaxing dog friendly holiday at Snowdrop Cottage, Winterton-on-Sea. Not having to worry about if the dogs go on the sofa, up the stairs or escape from the back garden means that you are already 100% more relaxed than other holidays. Really good communication from the owner meant that we knew exactly where everything was in the property, how to get to the beach, and dog friendly places in the village. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a real dog friendly holiday.

We loved our stay at Herring House at Winterton on sea. We managed to dodge the rain, on our beach and circular walks. Ruby and Nym loved to climb and explore the large rocks on the beach and then happily chilling whilst we finished off with a coffee by the beach.

Stayed at Berrichon Holidays in France for 7 nights. I cannot recommend enough. Sarah and Steven were really helpful before arriving with clear instructions as well as local recommendations and even local vets. This was the first time Ive taken my 4 collies abroad and Ive booked for 2 weeks next year. The gite was perfect. 3 bedrooms, stone floors and a large and secure garden, all fencing was 6ft apart from the gate but Sarah asked if any were jumpers and offered to put an extra over the top of the gate if needed. There was a paddling pool (and a pool for me)provided for the dogs, as well as covers for the furniture, a jar of dog treats and poo bags left. There was a stair gate if you didn't want your dogs upstairs and fans (chose the hottest week). Walks from the doorstep into the country and lots of local recommendations provided! My dogs will be coming away with me every year following this great find!

We have just returned from a lovely week at Herring house Winterton on sea. The upside down living made it so spacious and very relaxing. The house was very comfortable with all we needed for our stay. It's well equipped for the dogs as well with raised bowls and a basket of dog towels by the door, even plenty of throws for the beds and sofa. This was our second visit to Winterton and really love the village, beach and places to eat. Spencer our Labrador especially likes the Seal view café as he gets given sausage by the lovely staff. He remembered where he was straight away and was off across the dunes and heading to the beach. We have had such positive experiences on both our pack holidays and will be booking again.

That upside-down layout at Herring House really does make the living space feel so special and airy, doesn't it? It's the perfect spot to unwind. I’m also so glad that Spencer approved of all the doggy touches—we try to make sure everything from the raised bowls to the towels and throws are ready to go, so the pups can feel right at home from the second they walk through the door.

Speaking of Spencer... I absolutely love that he remembered his way across the dunes! Labradors have a built-in compass for sausages and fun, don't they? 🌭 Boundary-free beach runs and cafe treats—he truly had the ultimate holiday!

stayed at Primrose cottage Winterton on sea end of May . what a brilliant cottage so homely everything you need.such a relaxing week there were 4 dogs in total and they loved it , straight out the large back garden on to the dunes and down to a beautiful dog friendly beach you can take them on all year .HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 OUT OF 10 from us and WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON .....Loved it

Newport Sands and Poppit Sands good for off lead dog walks. Picton Castle has extensive woodland and formal gardens with dogs on leads welcome. Good cafes at Poppit and Picton and enjoyed a nice meal at The Ship Inn in Trefin

Just back from a break in Sheringham, not my first pack holiday and definitely won’t be our last. Dogs are positively welcomed rather than tolerated which makes for a super relaxing experience. The little extras - dog treats, holiday tags and a few biscuits and some milk for us - were also lovely. Gail is a very helpful lady so if you have reactive dogs or any other specifics she can advise on the best cottages. I have stayed in 3 or 4 places now and they are all wonderful. Pack holidays are the best!

Second stay at Saretta in Sea Palling, but think 4th or 5th time with Pack Holidays. Saretta is a lovely dog friendly bungalow with great secure garden. Fantastic sandy beach, cafe , chippy and village shop just 5 mins walk. Lots of other great dog friendly attractions are a short drive away.

Our second stay at The Old Piggery which is a quiet & peaceful one level property down a country lane near Walcott/Bacton ideal for reactive dogs with walks directly from the barn. Several beaches are a short drive away Happisburgh, Walcott & Bacton all with vast empty sandy beaches & if you prefer wooded walks Bacton Woods are near. Lovely owners who are nearby if needed. EV charger available which is something we now require as we’ve gone “electric “

Such a lovely place to stay. So close to the dog friendly beach. Everything thing you could want in the cottage for you and your dogs. As a raw feeder the addition of the freezer was a great asset. Easy to get around and lots of wonderful places to visit from this base

We had a lovely , relaxing week at Primrose Cottage . The garden was perfectly safe for our four dogs and the Beautiful Sand Dunes were literally a few seconds away . The house was very well equipped , clean and felt like a home from home . This was our first holiday with Pack Holidays but we will definitely book again

This was our 5th stay at Saretta & I'm sure it won't be our last. It must be one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed - there are dog buggies, toys, beds, towel coats & even a ramp to help your dogs onto the sofas!! The bungalow is very comfortable & spacious & has a lovely enclosed garden. A 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. What more do you want.

Oak Cottage is a bit special for that, isn’t it? Plenty of space for the dogs to just be dogs, and for you to properly relax at the same time.

And I love that you made the most of having Jo in—she really is fantastic at what she does. A massage on holiday always feels like a bit of a luxury, but I agree… it does end up being the cherry on top!

We just had a lovely stay at No4 Primrose Cottage at Winterton on Sea. We made a late booking for the Easter weekend as we had decided we needed to get away for a break after having to say goodbye to our eldest Beagle on Mother's Day. With our other Two Beagles Lilly & Snoopy we enjoyed some good walks along the Dunes & on the beach, we have previously stayed in Winterton before but further out but this time we had a great location just a few minutes walk to the Dunes, we had ample time to really explore Winterton. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean with plenty of room in the garden for our two to run about in. Plenty of storage space in the Kitchen & bedroom, living/ dining area was spacious inc throws for the sofa's & poo bags, harnesses, tags & treats for our 4 legged friends. Blessed with the great weather at the time of our stay we made the most of the walks on our doorstep & didn't really need to go anywhere else further up the coast for the 4 nights we was there, Gail was very helpful with any queries we had about our stay, we wouldn't hesitate to use Pack Holidays again plus dogs stay for free which is a big bonus.

We made a late booking for the Easter weekend as we had decided we needed to get away for a break after having to say goodbye to our eldest Beagle on Mother's Day.
With our other Two Beagles Lilly & Snoopy we enjoyed some good walks along the Dunes & on the beach, we have previously stayed in Winterton before but further out but this time we had a great location just a few minutes walk to the Dunes, we had ample time to really explore Winterton.
