We try so hard to maximize every single inch of our smaller properties to ensure they are packed with everything you and the dogs could possibly need, so hearing that it felt perfectly set out and secure means the world to me. When the dogs are safe and happy, the holiday can truly begin!

Ian and Gill are absolute stars, and I’m so pleased to hear how much your dogs' confidence grew in the pool with Ian each morning—even if the British weather was being a bit grotty! There really is nothing better than the 'swim, eat, nap' routine for a happy hound.

It sounds like you made the absolute most of the area too. Formby is such a treat for a proper doggy zoomie, and you can’t beat a good canal stroll followed by a dog-friendly pub lunch!

That upside-down layout at Herring House really does make the living space feel so special and airy, doesn't it? It's the perfect spot to unwind. I’m also so glad that Spencer approved of all the doggy touches—we try to make sure everything from the raised bowls to the towels and throws are ready to go, so the pups can feel right at home from the second they walk through the door.

Speaking of Spencer... I absolutely love that he remembered his way across the dunes! Labradors have a built-in compass for sausages and fun, don't they? 🌭 Boundary-free beach runs and cafe treats—he truly had the ultimate holiday!
