We would definitely use it again!
We arrived at night and our very polite driver was waiting for us at the arrivals exit at Milan Linate. The whole experience was excellent from the booking onwards because it gives you a sense of security, with information about the vehicle and the driver provided in advance, including a name, photo and number plate. It felt very safe. We would definitely use it again and highly recommend it!

Worst service.. Utterly unprofessional and worst service!! They don't keep their commitments and Definitely not recommended. After calling multiple time they are not picking the calls, if you call from new number they pickup and same they told same lies. I paid 15,000 for this.
The address & location is also wrong.

Even though I'm typically careful when making decisions, the entire procedure could not have been any easier. But they responded right away to my inquiry. things were not packed properly, so many things were broken/misplaced and too much delayed in packing and unboxing things. Extremely Not recommended to anyone.

No professionalism.
After the delivery, they are not picking up the phone as they have to unpack my items as well, which seems to be broken from the package condition.
I don't recommend their services at all.
