I wanted to get a price for packaging a picture frame first thing yesterday morning. The person at the front seemed disinterested. She then went to an office to ask the cost for a box (3 ft by 4 ft). The person in the office didn't come out. The cost was over $100. The total packaging would have been over $150. I called a competitor and they quoted me $40 wrapped.

Experience was ok and the pricing was fair, the customer service lady seemed completely inconvenienced that I even came into the store. It was like getting the death stare even though I was handing them easy business. Will likely use again because of convenience, not completely impressed.
