I recently visited this care centre for a tour and unfortunately witnessed something that left a very negative impression. While walking past one of the rooms, I heard an Indian caregiver shouting at an elderly person. It was quite shocking and disappointing to witness such behavior in a place that is supposed to provide compassionate care. Based on what I saw, the atmosphere did not reflect the caring image presented in the advertisement and the billboard near HTAR. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

My dad recently had a two week stay at Senior living for post surgery care and recovery. The experience was very positive overall. Ms Malini, the manager and the person who reached out to me on services, made the experience a 5 star one. The excellent follow through and the willingness to go the extra mile really made the experience exceptional.

My Final Review
Today is Our Mom - Madam Chin checkout day from Acacia. To share our Mom's experience of staying in Acacia for 4 Months, it's kinda mixed feeling. Acacia has a very good environment for Old-Folks spending times together. My Mom enjoyed some of the activities, especially to Yoga & Weekly Theme Party Dinner and she made some friends too.
There are some lovely & friendly support team, especially to Nora (Sales), Care-Givers: LeHa, RoSie, AzliNah. I wish that The Management could give recognition award to these Cutie-Pie, They provide tremendous professional service support to Our Mom & Family. Thank You so much Ladies, really appreciate your support.
Well, Acacia could do much more better in some of areas:
1. Care-Givers Arrangement in Night-Shift -> It's still only assigning 1 man-power in each floor, I can see there's RISK in backup plan for handling the elderly at the same time. I would suggest The Management to have A RUNNER for supporting the Care-Givers whoever needs support.
2. Food Area: Inconsistent food taste, especially to vegetables, sometimes can taste raw n sometimes overcooked. I understand it's a challenging task for service food to the elderly. I also wonder why Acacia Cafeteria doesn't serve spinach, Malaysian luv spinach vege. Please consider it.
Lastly, I have few words to The Management:
Please spend sometimes to communicate with Your Residents for feedback, instead of internal-employees. There are quite a number of Elderly are not able to write feedback form and even don't have anyone to speak for them. The Person who staying in Acacia deserve better as the monthly fees is not low.

Its my mom 4th month staying in the center, we love the environment and satisfied with the services, but lately we have been disappointed with the caregiver slow response time during night shift, only 1 caregiver to take care of the floor my staying. It used to have 2 caregivers, but the situation has been changed since last month. I have feedback to the management and it seems that no action is taken. I hope The Management takes the immediate action for improvement plan on the caregivers support after read this review.

I stayed at Acacia by Pacific Senior Living for my post-surgery rehabilitation following my right breast removal and TRAM flap procedure. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and support I received throughout my stay.
The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and supportive, which made my recovery journey much more comfortable. The medical team also provided wound reviews, and the nurses were always prompt and helpful whenever dressing changes were needed.
I am especially grateful to the caregivers for their kindness and encouragement, particularly Liha, whose cheerful interactions always brightened my day. I also appreciated the companionship of fellow resident Heidi, who made my stay more pleasant with her thoughtful invitations for hi-tea.
Housekeeping services were well maintained, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The availability of outsourced laundry services was also very convenient and helpful during my recovery period.
The environment provided great peace of mind during recovery, with an adjustable medical bed, assistance with daily needs, and convenient meal services. The availability of physiotherapy and light activities such as exercise and yoga also supported my rehabilitation well.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Nora from the sales team, who patiently explained and answered all my queries, and ensured that everything was well prepared and arranged prior to my admission to Pacific Senior Living.
Although I was unable to fully enjoy all the facilities due to my condition, my family and I appreciated the range offered, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and karaoke room.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and restful recovery experience. I am truly thankful to all the staff at Acacia by Pacific Senior Living for their dedication, care, and kindness.

Our short stay (my wife and I) in Acasia Klang Pacific Senior Living was truly a wonderful and memorable one. My wife stayed three weeks while I was there for two weeks, immediately after we were discharged from OSC Subang. We had our total knee cap replacement surgery on both legs.
Our short stint there was accorded with a top notch service of palliative care, concern and love from the team of medical officers, nurses, assistant nurses and housekeeping workers. The health and welfare of the residents were well taken care of. The only blemish of the centre is the food served there. It is tasteless and no flavour at all. Most of the times, we just tasted two or three mouthful of the food and rejected the rest. Breakfast was quite ok and the food offered during lunch and dinner was not to our liking I hope the management will seriously look into this matter and rectify the problem.
Anyway, I would give top grade for the facilities, cleanliness and service of palliative care, love and concern to the residents. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who needs this type of service.

I was away for an office event and my mother stayed there for a couple of days. I must say she was happy with the looking after. Staff were very polite and so helpful and caring. She made some friends too and there were daily activities to keep senior citizens engaged. They made sure my mother did not skip her meds/insulin and also accommodated special request for food. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended and I was at peace that she is safe and being taken care of. For sure I will use their services again when the need arises.

Winnie was the person in charge of my mom's stay in Acacia Pacific. She helped with all sorts of arrangement from A to Z. Very understanding and accommodating whenever we have some request. She followed up fast and goes all the way to help or made recommendations if there are things that they could not attend. Appreciate the efforts that she put in.
As for the place itself, it is well maintain and cleaniness is top notch. Facilities are abundance ranging from pool, library, gym and cafe. The people, doctors and nurses there are very friendly and always ready to help.
All in all, it made the my mom's entire stay very pleasant. Impressive!
