They returned my call for an estimate within minutes, and Solomon detailed pricing. Since it was a local move it was an hourly rate. The heavy lifters came as expected and got right to work, wrapping and hauling down many stairs. My cat got up inside the sofa, and they patiently waited for that to be free of cats before moving it. They brought on a third mover for unloading. They unloaded very quickly even with reassembling some furniture. They placed the heavy things where I wanted, and I asked them to leave the boxes in one area. They were polite and friendly and the move couldn't have gone better. Thank you for all your hard work. I don't think I could have done it myself.

Fantastic business! Needed a difficult job of moving a hot tub from one location to another done in a short amount of time. The hot tub was very heavy and there were some spots where maneuvering was a challenge, but the crew got the job done and the hot tub is now in its new home in one piece! Excellent service and friendly crew members as well. Big thank you to Jesse, Austin, Phillip and Stevie for their time and effort. They know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!

Solomon and his team (esp Austin!) were great. There were just a few communication issues but were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The only real issue we had was that there was a fifth worker who called out sick, so instead of an eight hour day, it ended up being almost 13 hours. They had to come back the following day to wrap things up. Overall, the care that they took with our belongings was amazing, NOTHING was broken or damaged, and the team was professional and worked hard. I'd highly recommend PNW Moving Services.
