They were two hours late, blew past the elevator reservation that we had even after confirming the arrival time the day before. Even confirmed the miscommunication was on their side. They did absolutely nothing about this and basically just shrugged their shoulders at me. Will not be using them again.

We are sorry for the delay in delivery today; there was an accident on the road and heavy traffic, and this is a circumstance that was beyond our control. That is what caused the two hour delay. Although this delay was beyond our control, for your inconvenience, you received a $50 discount. We do appreciate your repeat business, and hope you will judge us on the quality of our work and not a traffic delay. We hope you will reconsider, and we hope to serve you again in the future!

I have used Oz for the second time during repairs to shrink wrap and move my furniture. They worked for 3 hours and managed to help me Jenga all my belongings in a safe orderly manner. And management was thorough with following up. Highly recommend Oz they are truly the wizard of moving!

I had 2 moves: one from my house to storage and one from storage to my new apartment. The guys were on time for both, treated all my things with respect and care and, at the end, not one broken dish or broken anything. I even had a large trunk to maneuver into the basement of my new building that required graduate degrees in engineering to figure out, but they did. Thanks OZ!

Oz moving was incredible. Sebastian and his crew moved my husband and I from Jersey city to the suburbs and they were so easy to work with and had amazing, can do attitudes. They helped us with difficult objects and did not have a single scratch on our wall when moving things up and down. So appreciate the amazing job done! This is my third time using oz.

Long Distance move. Pickup in Manhattan was professional and efficient. Dropoff however was probably the most unprofessional move I've ever dealt with. Oz contracts out of state moves to a third party. This third party then contracted the addition of two movers to another party. You nor Oz has any idea who shows up to move you in. The "hauler" pulled up to my house by himself in the rented truck with a sign taped to the cab. We then waited close to an hour for the other two "helpers" to arrive. One guy around 65 years old shows up with another guy that needs to smoke a cigarette before he starts. The three finally get around to unloading the truck with zero urgency at all. By now it's after 4 and the sun is starting to set. At some point two women show up, presumably one of the guys' girlfriend and her mother. They bring in some light boxes. During this time I am proceeding to unwrap the blankets and tape from my belongings. I do this with a house key as nobody has a knife or box cutter. I do this for hours, my fingers are blistered. After only two hours of bringing my belongings inside, they believe they are done with the job and are telling me they are about to leave. My matress is in the dining room, my bed is in pieces, my sofa and many belongings are still taped in blankets. I remind them that these tasks need to be completed. I'm still cutting tape with keys. It's after 8 and they are finally done. They leave and I am left with cleaning up all the tape and extra-large tv/matress boxes to dispose of. I still have two moving blankets. At 10 I realize I am missing a box and chair. I suppose it was too dark out to notice. They come back and I get the remaining two items after 11. Never before have I worked so hard after paying so much for a move. I would not recommend Oz for a long-distance move.

I have used OZ Moving twice now - and if/when I move again, I will definitely be a three-peat customer. Communication with John in their office was easy and fast leading up to the move. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. During both moves, the foremen Manuel and Juan went above and beyond to make my day stress-free. Their entire crews were friendly, and they word HARD and FAST. BIG thanks to all of them!
