Outstanding Service and Support from Oxygen Parts
I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by Josh and the team at Oxygen Parts. Last month, our OxyGo Next oxygen concentrator developed issues with its columns. Josh quickly resolved the problem, turning it around in just one business day. Unfortunately, a month later, the error returned, and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced.
When we contacted our insurance provider, they sent a technician the next day. However, the replacement unit they provided was vastly inferior to the OxyGo Next and did not meet our needs. Frustrated, we reached out to Josh to see what options were available. Within 24 hours, we had purchased a brand-new Oxy Go Next with all the latest features, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. And, Josh had a unit to us within 24 hours of ordering.

I went online and talked to Josh about my old Oxygo machine. The screen had gone blank about a month ago and I finally decided to get it fixed. It’s about 4-5 years old and I’ve already replaced the columns. It’s really hard to get a new one it seems. So I talked to Josh and he was awesome. We fixed it in about 10 minutes. Just took the battery off. Held the on off button for thirty seconds and replaced battery. Lo and behold it came to life. I am so happy. Thanks Josh for everything.

Josh tried his best to help me with a problem that no-one else wanted anything to do with. He contacted the manufacturer and helped me understand why the problem wasn't repairable. He did this because he cares. Your a good man Josh.

I highly recommend Oxygen Parts Inc. Josh is very knowledgeable and very customer focused. Josh helped us with portable oxygen concentrators for my wife for a trip to the Netherlands. Without his help we probably wouldn’t have gotten any equipment in time for the trip. Josh was able to get us a replacement power supply for one that had failed in Amsterdam in less than 24 hours. It was delivered to our hotel. During the trip my wife learned she would need a lighter portable oxygen concentrator for day use. Renting the equipment gave her the ability to try it out before purchasing. Josh gave us a discount on a smaller Portable Concentrator that we purchased after the trip.
