Excellent service from Dr Daniella and staff
I'm very pleased that Dr Daniella has taken over the care of my dog, Nell, who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. As well as consulting with a specialist regarding her insulin doses, she gave me options to keep costs down going forward, especially with the food necessary for a diabetic diet which can be very expensive. She's put my mind at ease now that she's stabilised Nell's condition.

I really appreciated the way they allowed me to go into the cat room early as l was able to open his carrier and let him look around and it really settled him down. He was calmer and not meowing in the waiting room. He still didn't come out of his carrier! 😊 but he could see me and l could pat him which helped as he is an older cat and easily stressed. Thanks to all the staff. 😺
I was visiting on a long weekend when my dachshund was bitten.
Everywhere was closed but they heard my concern and saw me straight away!
Thank you to Danielle and Sharon for looking after my baby, they completed all the tests and eased my concerns with their comforting nature.
