Daniel never showed up and never called. I got a call 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment time from someone with a different groomer name in the caller ID apologizing and wanting to reschedule. Inconvenient and inconsiderate.

Outlet Pet Grooming was excellent! Our groomer did not speak English, however having Google translate didn't stop him from communicating with us. We needed a grooming ASAP for our puppy. OPG was able to get us in the next day. He did ask to use our outside outlet, which was fine by us. Thank you so much for being so convenient and handling our puppy with care. That's for letting me bother you and take pictures while you were working. We appreciated that. Grooming took about 45 minutes for our 25 lb puppy. We will definitely use Outlet Pet Grooming again. 👍

Lovely service to get our cat groomed and highly recommend!! It was easy to schedule online. I got a call and texts as reminders and they showed up early in fact and were ok waiting until I finished my meeting. The woman who did the grooming was incredibly sweet and friendly. She was very gentle and caring towards our cat and did a great job in a reasonable (not too short/quick nor exorbitant timing) time and was surprisingly reasonably priced, especially compared to the other companies I looked up for cat grooming. 100% recommend to book what seemed like a family-run (husband and wife) business!!
