Incredible showroom for inspiration Seeing the paver styles in their outdoor showroom made all the difference for my project. The 700-square-foot sample deck allowed me to view colors and textures in natural light, which was so much better than tiny photos or brochures. I got amazing ideas for borders and patterns I hadn’t thought of and even took samples home to see how they worked with my house. This hands-on experience saved me from costly mistakes. Highly recommend for anyone needing inspiration!

Efficient, fast, and well-organized I love coming here because the process is always so efficient. The check-in is seamless, and the yard crew works incredibly fast with forklifts. Even on a busy Saturday morning, I was loaded up and on my way in just 15 minutes. Their traffic flow system in the yard prevents bottlenecks, saving even more time. It's the perfect place for anyone who values quick service and wants to get back to work without delays. I’m consistently impressed by how smoothly everything operates here.

Exceptional service and expertise Customer service is truly exceptional here! I visited to find decorative gravel and was unsure about the amount needed. The staff not only helped me calculate it but also suggested budget-friendly alternatives without trying to upsell. Their expertise in outdoor materials is impressive, and every interaction, from the front desk to the loaders, was professional and friendly. It's rare to see employees so passionate about helping customers. I’ll definitely return for all my outdoor project needs!

Somehow these are the same rocks. I had to place 2 orders because i have a large project. 1 is half the size of a penny and the other is bigger than a half dollar. They are also very different colors when dry. I called and they blamed the quarry and couldnt do anything to fix it. Very disappointing and should have informed me before dumping. Especially for my total order being well into the 4 digit sum. Only reason i didnt give 1 star is because marcus (delivery) is an awesome communicator and always on time. The rest of the process keeps me from ever using them again. A shame that they blamed another company that i didnt choose instead of taking ownership of the issue. I would not recommend due to inconsistency and blaming of another company.

A Huge Selection and Helpful Advice I came here to get materials for a small DIY fire pit and patio project. I wasn't entirely sure how many pavers I needed, but the staff at the Plano location was incredibly patient and helped me do the math. They have a massive inventory of natural stone and hardscape supplies. The delivery arrived exactly when they said it would, and the driver was careful not to damage my driveway. My backyard looks fantastic!

I needed some flagstone to finish a project I had started as well as several buckets of 1 1/2” Mexican Beach Pebble to fill in along the outside of my retaining wall. The yard Staff loaded everything on the pallet and unloaded it in the truck So quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to help. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. If you need landscape plants, stone, gravel, or outdoor materials, outdoor warehouse supplyshould be your only stop.

I owed Alec this long-overdue review. We needed two types of ground covering for our landscaping project two years ago. When we visited OWS, there were so many options to choose from. Alec was kind enough to offer us samples to take home, which helped us tremendously in making our decisions. The ordering and pickup process went smoothly, prices reasonable. Fast forward to today. I went back to purchase more mountain berry pebbles. Alec was just as friendly as ever. Whether it's a big or small order, I had always received excellent and efficient service from OWS. Poor service in the yard. I paid for bulk gravel and waited 20 minutes while the loader drove around doing who knows what. Clearly they saw me and the front desk hopefully communicated I was waiting to be loaded. I’ve been to other yards in DFW area and never treated like this. Every time I come I have to wait. Will not use this location again.

Great assistance from Christian in finding what we needed. Our landscape contractor uses this business but it is open to the public also. Easy in and out and parking is easy! They also have landscape plants. The wide variety of rock in colors , sources, and shapes, bulk and bagged. Will definitely return. I suggest bringing your golf umbrella for ready made shade on a hot sunny day. Search their website before you go.

Great customer service. I has to change my delivery date for 2 cubic yards of landscaping rock and they switched with no problem. Excellent delivery service. He back that giant truck down my narrow driveway better than I do with my car. Quality product as well. Highly recommend.
