Ruby was very pleasant and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful with our coin exchange and overall knowledge of our laundry needs. Facility is very welcoming and clean. Would definitely return.
The environment is always welcoming and clean. I appreciate the number of machines.
Ruby is always so nice when I come it!
Rubi was so amazing, very personable when I walked through the door. Very great staff for this place. I will definitely be returning!!!
New machines, inexpensive prices. It is a clean, well-lighted laundromat in the southern sector of Colorado Springs. Melinda is super helpful and attentive to customers at the Laundry Lounge. Will definitely be coming back.

Thank you, Michael!
I'm in town for a few months for work and don't want to spend my 1 day off per week doing laundry so I take advantage of the drop off wash dry food service. It is reasonably priced imo unless you plan to do your bedding, comforter, etc. For those they charge a premium which the machines are much more reasonably priced. My drop off laundry is always ready for pickup in a few hours. The employees are friendly. The store is clean.

We so appreciate your loyalty!
Melinda was a pleasure, she took extra care in keeping the facility clean. My washing machine broke at 730pm and when I called she was helpful in explaining that they close the doors at 8:45. When I arrived at 8:15 she helped me load the machines, too. Melinda really helped turn a crisis into an adventure so I didn't feel as panicked about my clothes.
