What a delight to finally have quality, well-organized closets in exactly the way we wanted! Carole listened to our needs and preferences, made suggestions, and sent 3D designs which were most helpful in assuring our choices were accurate for both our walk-in and office closets. Carole was easy to work with assuring we were pleased with all our choices. We were given a price quote so there were no surprises. We were quite happy with the quality of their products, shelving, soft-close drawers, hardware, pull-out belt, tie, scarf and valet accessories. All of these enhanced the look and functionality of our closets. The removal of our previous closets, and the patching and painting were skillfully done. We were impressed with the installation done by Andrew, who was knowledgeable, conscientious and he cleaned up well after his job. Marc’s communication, and coordination of everything made it all stress-free. Our two new closets are now perfect for our needs! Thank you, Ottawa Custom Closet!

In the end, we had our closets, laundry room and even a custom bathroom vanity done. We couldn't be happier with the look, quality of materials, and most importantly, the renovations. Andrew and Chris were excellent, and took care to ensure the work had minimal impact on our day-to-day. Lastly, Marc was very professional and made sure to address any of our concerns. I am so glad I found Ottawa Custom Closet Solutions. After getting a few quotes from other companies, I came upon Marc by chance. I liked his quote and the fact that I wouldn't have to wait long for the install. Andrew, the carpenter, was terrific. He had to adjust the design at one point and was able to find a solution on the spot. The results are beautiful and exactly what I wanted...even better than I envisioned. I would not hesitate to hire them again. It was such a pleasure doing business with them both. Bonus: all Canadian-made!

The whole process from design, existing closet removal to installation was professional and the company starting with Michelle and Marc were very easy to deal with they understood my concerns and small space and made me feel like my project even though it was small was important. The workmanship of all the trades was impressive they made sure everything was perfect they doubled my closet space for an affordable price while providing quality work. When we updated our 1980s home, Ottawa Custom Closets did an outstanding job designing and building our primary bedroom’s closet, our “ready room.” The difference is in the details: the colour blocking and glass doors that balance the room, the unique headers, the crafted corners where the closets meet the baseboards, the perfectly coordinating hardware, and the slide-out jewelry storage. Everywhere we look, we experience beauty and calm because everything has its place. Marc’s professionalism is notable in the way he actively listened to understand what functionality we needed and then designed our space to meet those requirements holistically. The carpenters who installed the final product in our home were terrific; they were perfectionists in making their cuts and getting both walls of closets completely level. We truly appreciate our new space, which has added a level of comfort and joy to the time we spend at the beginning and end of each day.

Honestly, our walk-in closet was driving me crazy. Clothes on the floor, couldn't find anything, and my husband kept complaining about the mess. After researching closet companies in Ottawa, I contacted these guys and I'm so glad I did. The designer came out and totally got what we were dealing with. She showed us how to maximize our space and suggested features I never would've thought of. The installation crew was fantastic, they showed up when promised and finished everything in one day. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They caught a small measurement issue and fixed it without making us feel bad about our wonky walls. The custom closet design they created works perfectly for how we actually use the space. Six months later and everything still stays organized. Getting dressed in the morning is actually enjoyable now instead of stressful. Worth every penny and we'll definitely be calling them for our guest room project next.

Finally got our custom closets done and couldn't be happier! Our master bedroom was a complete mess, we had clothes everywhere and no real organization system. She suggested this walk-in closet design that maximized every inch of our awkward space. Installation took two days and the team was super professional - clean, on time, and really skilled.
