Hello Pamela, thank you for leaving a review. Good or bad, these give us an opportunity to reflect on the service we provide to our clients and discover new ways to improve. Due to compliance with the Virginia State Bar, we are not allowed to disclose specific details of any case, making replies difficult at times. Based on the date of this review, we are under the impression that there may have been a lapse in communication due to a court holiday which closes our office (Columbus Day). Our team is out of the office on court holidays, making it difficult to get immediate responses like usual. I apologize for any misunderstanding and know that it is never our intention to leave a client in the dark, especially if they reach out to us directly. Yes, we are constantly busy with casework, but the priority has always been, and always will be, to be INVESTED, COURAGEOUS, and DRIVEN for our clients and the cases we handle for them.

Our clients receive case updates through MyCase, our secure client portal. Letters, records requests, insurance correspondence, and court documents are posted there as they come in, and we encourage every client to check their MyCase account regularly. Our staff checks MyCase messages throughout the day, and clients can always call our office at 434-515-2807 to request a phone or in-person appointment. Keeping clients informed is part of our communication policy, and we take that commitment seriously.
