I started going to see Tilly at OsteoWellbeing for some lower back problems, initially I thought I had sciatica, but thankfully Tilly diagnosed me with the correct problem and treated me accordingly. Since attending the clinic (for just over a month) my back problem has improved immensely and together with the exercises I was prescribed, I feel I am on the way to managing my condition. I would thoroughly recommend Tilly, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and also importantly, a very caring osteopath, I would have no hesitation in recommending her or the Clinic to any future clients.

I have been coming to OsteoWellbeing during 2025 with back and shoulder issues. Tilly Cosgrove has been so good - asking lots of relevant questions, explaining in detail the issues that I have had and treating the problems professionally with a great outcome. Also, she has provided me with a programme of exercises to continue the good work.

I have been going to osteo wellbeing for little over a year now and always get the best care from Tilly, she manages to release tension I wasn't aware I was carrying, knots causing discomfort, and best of all- those cracks when she releases my neck and back. I go in feeling twice my age but leave with a spring in my step. I also like that if I've ever needed to rearrange last minute it's never a problem and always get a response and rebooked within half an hour of me contacting. I love how it's not just booking appointment after appointments but also given ways to self help at home too which are always help in-between visits.

I cannot recommend osteowellbeing highly enough. I went for help with a trapped nerve/bulging disc in my neck causing extreme pain down my left shoulder and arm. Tilly was absolutely brilliant, she really listened to me and helped me to understand what was happening in my neck and gave me ways to help alleviate the pain at home too. The massages really helped and after 5 weeks worth of visits the majority of my pain had gone. 1000 times better and more helpful than the physiotherapist I had been seeing. I can’t thank you enough for helping me get back to “normal”

My consultant Tilly who was excellent. She asked lots of questions and performed plenty of checks to gain the correct diagnosis. The treatment and advice provided helped ease the pain and I am almost fully recoverd

I've had a couple of sessions with Mona, who is a highly skilled osteopath. She has a very thorough understanding of the human body and is very insightful with her treatment and diagnosis choices.Highly recommended!

After having a car incident in 2022, my back was in consistent pain and I could not achieve the full range of manoeuvrability. After some sessions with Tilly Cosgrove I was able to reach certain positions that I had not been able to for 2 years. As a result I offer you the highest recommendation for Tilly possible. Not only was she exceptional in her role but also was comforting to listen to when teaching home exercises.

I started sessions with Reno Pelekanou last summer, mainly for neck pain, and he's always helped so much over the last year. He's patient and listens to your issues as well as taking on board any relevant health history. His treatments are always effective and I find him very calming and kind during the sessions. He has treated not only the prime site of pain but the connected areas too for maximum benefit. Highly recommend. Süheyla is also very responsive when booking appointments.

I had lower back pain so bad that I could hardly get in my car in the end. I was treated at the clinic by Tilly Cosgrove. Her treatment and exercises at home, plus recommended dietary changes, has seen my back fully recover. I highly recommend.

After being involved in a car crash I was left with bad pain in my neck and back. After visiting Osteowellbeing, Zuzanna provided excellent service to help me alleviate some of this pain. She also pointed out a fracture that I may have had, to which later ended up I did Infact have a fracture, where doctors at the hospital failed to notice. Ever since, Osteowellbeing have been a massive help to ensure my recovery. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a 60mins Thai massage and it was excellent. by Maya,The masseuse was very experienced, applied the correct pressure and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend OsteoWellbeing and by maya to anyone looking for a massage treatment. Xxx

Natalie at OsteoWellbeing was recommended to me, and she's given me the most effective treatment I've every received. Plagued with shoulder, neck and lower back pain and tightness for 6 years or so, I'd previously received all types of treatment that only provided temporary relief. Not so with Natalies approach. I'm a competitive triathlete and since the treatments, I've finally been able to breath to my full capacity, swimming has become more enjoyable, I'm a faster runner and more powerful on the bike.

Always receive outstanding service from Osteowellbeing especially from Süheyla and Zuzanna. My recent appointment with Zuzanna following a lumbar puncture has restored my mobility. I am able to do so much more than ever before and with so much less pain. They are always so kind, friendly and very caring. My treatments are personalised to me and the pain I am in that day. Jaw treatment
I contacted OsteoWellbeing after I start having some issues with my jaw. I was booked in with Rory who explained to me how the jaw works. Rory explained the issues that cause the jaw issues and gave me some treatment. The treatment has been affective and helped with the movement off my jaw. Since then I have received other treatment from Rory who always explains what can cause these issues and gives me stretch’s to do myself to help prevent any issues.
