Lee was absolutely amazing at helping me when my father passed away and I needed to get a mortgage for his ex partners share of the house to buy them out. I had approached other lenders on the high street but despite giving them all the information they required, I never received any responses. My mortgage application was complicated as I had probate to go through and at the time had 5 different sources of income. I had, at times, doubted if a mortgage was even an option for me. I had regular check ins with Lee who was able to take the time to explain the processes and offer advice on mortgages, insurances, wills and becoming a first time landlord. I would highly recommend Lee’s services to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Lee was just great sorting out our mortgage renewal. He spent a lot of time talking through our options with us and ensuring we fully understood. He then managed to find a better deal closer to our renewal date and sorted that out for us , despite already arranging one mortgage for us. Lee offers a really brilliant service.
