Bianca is genuinely one of the most helpful people I've worked with in the 8 years of running my business. I don't do a lot of importing by sea and managed to find myself really struggling with a shipment after trying to import it without a broker (don't recommend doing this). Not only was Bianca super quick to respond, but she actually explained the processes, explained what fees were for, and made a stressful situation a lot easier for me. Bianca Flint from OneSource is amazing. It's not easy, as an individual, to find a customs broker to help with a single import, when one is not from a company undertaking regular shipments. Bianca helped me. But her can-do approach extends beyond her willingness to support. Bianca finalised the necessary customs clearance in 24 hours!! I was astounded. Not only that, Bianca spoke to me with such understanding and empathetic humour which softened my concern during the challenges of the import. Her warmth makes a huge difference.
