I NEVER give 5-stars, but OrthoRestore deserves all five. The work is high quality, important because we're talking about your feet, and if you wear orthotics, you know we're also talking about your ankles, knees, and hips. I got my inserts refurbed, and bought a new pair, based on the existing ones, meaning I didn't have to involve a podiatrist. They were delivered earlier than promised, and fit perfectly. You'll pay more elsewhere, and in my experience, not be as happy.

My orthodicts were in poor condition. I couldn't find anyplace local to have them reconditioned. I'm glad I contacted OrthoRestore. They sent me shipping instructions and were very responsive through the process. I'm very happy with the end result and will use them again when needed.

These restored inserts are amazing! They have changed my life by the end of a long day my feet still feel wonderful and ready to go I’ve forgotten how nice they were years ago and I’ve gone through three pairs but saved them so I sent him two pairs to get restored while wearing the third pair and I’m going to send the third pair in. Absolutely incredible how nice they feel now and I’ll get my feet feel after working or walking all day

I am so happy with my newly refurbished orthotics! I had a pair made in late 2020 from a doctors office that were about $1,200 before insurance. I work construction and work 60-80 hours a week so by 2023 they were completely trashed. I'm talking chunks missing and worn down to the plastic. My podiatrist had since retired and didn't want to go through the entire process all over again. I found OrthoRestore and reached out. Customer service was great! Fast responses every time. I sent my orthotics to them using their prepaid label and a couple weeks later my orthotics came back and they were absolutely perfect! I have bad feet so my orthotics are far from basic and have pads and cutouts in certain spots. I was surprised to be honest. I only wish I would have had a 2nd pair made at the same time. I would highly recommend OrthoRestore...... Your feet and your wallet will thank you👌

Four months ago, I "took a chance" and sent one pair (of three) of orthotics for reconditioning. I'm not certain what in the online profile gave me hope that this resource could replace my in-person connection I had to abandon when I move to Florida, and of course, I feared for the outcome of my precious inserts. But, quick, reassuring e-mail replies to my questions, a simple, effortless process of sending and then a quick turnaround, in receiving them back gave me hope! And, yes, soon after, with my fears assuaged and with full confidence, I sent my second pair. My third will be on its way shortly.

Just wanted to compliment you on a good job. Considering the cost of two doctor visits and what the orthotic service will charge through insurance, this saved me time and money. The quality is as good as the original. Thanks. Btw, custom orthotics have really helped my feet in recent years as my flat feet have gotten flatter, so it is a serious health priority.

They were most helpful and very professional! I called them to see if they would restore my orthotics and how the process worked. They sent me a postage paid mail in label and I sent them in. They kept me informed when they were returning them to me and it was earlier than they said originally. They did a beautiful job and I have already given a friend of mine a referral to them. I had 2 old pair of orthotics restored. The workmanship was excellent. I also had a new pair made from my original orthotics. The new pair is excellent as well. The process takes approximately two weeks and is easy. I highly recommend having your orthotics restored with OrthoRestore
