My experience with the team was exceptional. I felt truly valued because I arrived in severe pain, and they made the effort to find a space to see me right away. They even helped me locate a place to get my MRI done. It’s truly appreciated when a team shows that level of empathy and urgency toward your situation. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Cowin and the entire facility. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, care, and expertise was truly impressive. Dr. Cowin is without a doubt one of the most impressive physicians I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. His skill, confidence, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease.
The facility itself is absolutely top-notch. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. The environment was clean, organized, and clearly run with a very high standard of care.
What stood out most was how supported and well cared for I felt throughout the entire experience. It is rare to find a team that combines such exceptional medical expertise with genuine compassion for their patients.
I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Cowin’s and facility to anyone seeking outstanding medical care.

This lady(white) and I apologize for putting it like that. Didn't even look at me, there was a misunderstanding about the payment, and I put her to talk to the person that pays for the co-pays. I told her that a third party pays for it and that if she want it she could talk to her. While she was talking to her she was rolling her eyes and when I took my cards this lady would not even look me. I will never returned to this place. The lady sitting beside her spoke Spanish and I felt bad because she looked ashame

I actually canceled my appointment because I was scheduled to see an anesthesiologist, not a spine surgeon. I called and emailed for clarification but did not get any response.

Hey Victoria, I’m sorry that you did not have a favorable experience and that our patient advocate team did not accurately convey to you who you were seeing. You were scheduled to see our pain management doctor, who also specializes in minimally invasive spine procedures. She works directly under Dr. Scott Katzman, our chief spine surgeon. Dr. Scott Katzman does not always have immediate availability. That’s why we had set you up with our Pain Management specialist . We would love to be able to still give you an opportunity to speak to him over the phone and have a discussion. I hope you will allow us the opportunity. Enjoy your day.
Dr. Scott Katzmman is the best surgeon I have ever been worked on by. He has a natural sense and is gifted to know exactly what to do, when & how. He has the ability to determine on the spot issues that need addressing and he does so on the spot. His agility and his abilities are beyound anything I've ever experienced. He was evecn able to repair damage from a previous surgery that was not part of the plan, but he did it. You will not find a better, more consciences dr. Anywhere on earth. His staff is all 2nd to none. They are "ALL" kind, helpful, CONSCIENCES & work diligently to make certaian I the patient was totally relaxed and at ease about the entire process. I would recommend dr. Scott Katzman and his staff any day of the week. To me they are a 10 STAR Operation!!!!!

Dr Scott Katzman is by far the best neurosurgeon I've ever met! After having 2nd opinions prior on the severety of my medical condition. I now believe three is a charm and that's with Dr Katzman!
I encourage anyone who is suffering with spine and sever herniated discs to go to see Dr Scott!
This man is really passionate about his surgical expertise! And you are not just a number like most surgeons in this field! However you are supported by a specialist that has definitely said his oath out of medical school, and really covey's that! As he is the most amazing orthopedic surgeon I've ever went to see!
