Buenas Tardes Carlos, No entendemos este review, no es el que representa nuestra compañia, como podrás ver en nuestros reviews. El Señor Christian Ortiz , hablo personalmente con usted y quedamos con su hijo para ver la propiedad y se vio al día siguiente. Su hijo quedo en avisarnos tan pronto terminara las reparaciones, ya que la propiedad no estaba lista para vender. Al día de hoy nunca nos avisaron. Tratamos de comunicarnos con usted en el día de hoy, pero no respondió. Como siempre estamos a la orden.
I recommend Christian at Ordorica Realty totally. He was very knowledgeable as well as professional. He handled my sale and made things go smoothly.

Christian and his team are great. The property is maintained with great care and they are always reponsive and available when anything arises. Multiple properties available and very tastefully decorated. As a rental client I will 100% recommend.

My wife and I are extremely grateful for the service and care Christian Ortiz provided us. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available for any questions we had and would give us advice any time we asked for it. Thanks to him, we bought an amazing house at a much reasonable price than what the previous owner was asking for. Great negotiating skills go a long way. I would recommend him 100%.

Christan did an excellent job coordinating multiple showings for us. He not only arranged a viewing for a property we were eager to see but also showed us two others he believed would be a good fit. We ultimately chose a property we wouldn’t have considered without his suggestion, and for that, we are very grateful.
Christan’s extensive knowledge about Puerto Rico was invaluable throughout the process. Whenever we needed a local service or advice, Christan always seemed to “know a guy” for everything.
The financing process was lengthy and complicated, but Christan help us stayed on top of it by regularly contacting the bank and pushing them to move things along. His persistence made a huge difference.
We are incredibly thankful for all the help Christan provided and wish you the best of luck as you navigate purchasing a property in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful place to stay in when you arrive at Isla Verde. Christian and Elizabeth were great hosts. They would answer all of our questions on a timely manner. They would check up on us. The place is as shown on the pictures. Don’t have anything bad to say. Would recommend it to anyone who is on vacation and wants to be close to the airport. We would rent from Christian and Elizabeth again.
