Fantastic, Zunedh, did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional. He fixed my radiators, in the living room and bedroom. Mears were unable to carry out these repairs for two years, I was suffering with the cold, which made my Arthritis worse, although Mears gave me convector heaters, which were extremely expensive to run, so I had such high bills I couldn’t afford to have them running as much as I needed to use them.
I am extremely grateful to Zunedh for his experience and expertise for repairing my heating, I appreciate it so much, thank you Zunedh.
Its early days , but as far as my heating is after instillation of a new boiler on Tusday (17/12/24) it is all working well.
Mohammed and his team arrived early as promised to the job on and did not leave until they were satisfied that everything was working well.
I was particularly, pleased with them because I had expressed the urgency of having functioning heating system as my family were visiting over the Christmas period with a baby.

Really pleased with the level of service today, tenants needed an urgent repair and I was able to get an appointment the same morning. Job was well done, the engineer Zunedh had good knowledge and conducted a detailed report. Price was also decent as they were able to do a proper diagnostics. I would recommend and use this service again.
I appreciate your quick response. The only complaint I have is that your Engineer just installed the new timer for the boiler but didn't explain it's functions and how to adjust timer on the machine. I am 86 years old man and cannot figure out all the complex adjustments on the timer. Your Engineer was in such a hurry. He installed the timer, collected the money and disappeared. I was rather disappointed.
