I thought the service was rubbish. The guy you sent was totally unhelpful. Didn't listen to anything I said. Is he even qualified? Didn't even spend 5 mins in the property. Whatever he did, made the problem worse. It was my so called Landlord,that sent you. As there is no way I would of used your service. Then when I called my Landlord back, to say nothing was still working, you had the cheek to send the same guy back. What you need to learn, is how rude it is to be in the phone, when attending a customers property. Still not rectified, would NOT recommend your company to anyone. Totally dissatisfied.
