Extremely pleased with new tile floors throughout the first level.
Pre-sale - Joe was very helpful and provided us a case of tile to take home and lay out on the floor. so we could visualize the new floor.
Install - Tile and installers arrived on time Day 1 and Joe was there to kick it off personally. Joe immediately resolved a supplier mix up and got his crew going.
His installers were extremely hard working, diligent and the quality of their work is apparent. Despite having grown up in the trades, and being home throughout the install, I had no urge to micro-manage (unusual for me) because they were doing everything right.
We fully recommend Optimum Home Solutions.

We purchased a new home and asked the impossible of Optimum Home Solutions. Could they pull out carpet and install new carpet in 7 days. They said, we'll give it our best. Well they did more than their best. They had to order the carpet and get their installers to work on a Saturday. They scrambled for us. They worked beyond our expectations to get this done for us!!! The owner even stepped in to deliver the carpet while the installers removed the other carpet.
Their customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. We will definitely be using them again for other home projects. Do yourself a favor and stop shopping around and simply go to them for all your home remodeling projects! We are a super satisfied customer.

So glad we found Optimum! They did a kitchen backsplash job for us, and we couldn’t be happier with it. And it was so easy. They helped us find the right tiles and decide on the right design for our kitchen. Our materials arrived only days after we ordered them, and Optimum had an installer there almost immediately. The install exceeded our expectations. We love how it looks and will definitely come back to Optimum for future home projects.

These guys nailed it. Noble provided upfront and fair pricing as well as expedited the install to meet my schedule. The owners are totally involved in the process and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Last but not least, Aldo was so meticulous and did a beautiful job on my backsplash install.
