Our church has been working with Optima for a little over a year now and have been very satisfied with our experience. They have helped us work through our accounts, made suggestions for changes, and set up some new systems. Through it all, they listened to our goals and concerns. It has been a very collaborative experience across the board with everyone we have worked with there.

We have really enjoyed working with everyone at Optima Office, especially Heather Harris and Mike Zhang. We were sort of getting by using Quickbooks Online to do our accounting, however we are not accountants and could not justify hiring a dedicated accounting person. We now have access to every accounting discipline from basic accountant to controller for less than the cost of adding an accountant to the staff. Also our accounting is far more accurate and timely than it has ever been. I highly recommend Optima Office.
