On the Fly did a great job for my family with our recent local move. Joseph came out & looked at what we needed to move & gave us an estimate. We ended up moving several things ourselves, so our final cost came in below the estimate. On the day of the move, Chris & his team arrived on time, & were polite & professional. Harry, Dustin, Demonte, Mercer, & Daniel worked hard, & took great care of everything they moved. They wrapped furniture & put down cover to protect floors & walls. Nothing was broken, & no damage was done to our new home. Moving is no fun, but Joseph, Chris & the team did an outstanding job. I would recommend On the Fly to anyone.
Absolutely amazing!! We have moved across the country twice as well as local moves and have never had a team as good as this. Jessica got us quoted and kept us informed with times and dates and was very responsive to questions. Mandlenkosi was our team lead and I would request him if we ever moved again. He runs a tight ship and everyone on his team from pick up to delivery was polite, professional and friendly. We moved from Richmond, VA to Sarasota, FL and nothing was broken or even scratched. Use these guys if they are in your area!!!

Demote, Mercer, and Neko did an outstanding job moving our one bedroom apartment today. They were professional and took great care to be certain our furniture and fragile items were safely stored in the rental truck. They did an amazing job packing the truck to insure items would not shift during travel. I would highly recommend this company if you need help moving!

Jessica and crew were great! Communication was on point. Needed to refinish hardwood floors on an entire downstairs of a home and the crew moved everything upstairs before the refinishing and came back and placed furniture back after the floors were refinished carefully. I will be using them again for my moving needs!

I moved from Florida to RVA in October of this year and used On The Fly Moving Guys once my POD arrived in early Nov. Brad & Mandlenkosi (sp?) were the sweetest! They had to hand carry all of my items for a distance and took exceptional care until the very last box. I greatly appreciated their work and efforts, helping put my bed together before leaving! I had a great experience with this company. I chose three movers to consider, and ON THE FLY definitely outshone their competition.Jessica’s team sent a great guy to prepare my estimate and pour me at ease especially since it was my first major move. I chose ON THE FLY and while waiting the month before the actual move I called Jess with several questions, some were probably silly. Jessica, however was cordial and professional at all times. On moving day Chris and his team were like clockwork and also very friendly. I will definitely be using them again soon when I complete the second leg of my relocation. Jessica, her associate Megan and Chris the on the job leader were all excellent.
Jessica and her team were all very good at answering question and alway being helpful and cheerful. She was a delight.

Arrived on time, moved quickly—no damage to anything, everything handled with care. The movers—Chris D, Mercer, and Stephen—were all kind and extremely patient, as I was a bit all over the place on my move in day. But they made the process super easy for me!

These guys were GREAT! Showed up on time, friendly and kind, moved our piano, large/heavy entertainment center and a full size solid wood dresser up 3 flights. All of them were very conscientious and we will absolutely call them again if we need help moving ANYTHING!

I moved with On the Fly back in 2022, and I just moved with them again last week (2025). I genuinely can't explain how wonderful this moving company is! We did a 2 day move this time. Chris D, Curtis, and Daniel packed up on day 1 and Chris D, Mercer, Demonte, & Stephon moved us into our new home the following day. All 6 of them did a phenomenal job, and they were all kind and funny. Not a single thing was damaged during this move. When we moved with a different company in 2024, they wrecked so many of our belongings. I have now had TWO EXCELLENT MOVES with On the Fly, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a 3300 sq ft home on 3 levels. We hired 3 guys from On the Fly Moving Guys for 2 hours. They were on time and excellent! All the furniture and heavy pieces were wrapped and moved into my pod with the 2 hours. They were cautious with my walls, polite, and professional. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys.
