Less happy with the booking process (many missteps, including coming to my home twice for the wrong issue and then not calling to rebook me for over a week).
Nice people in booking though. I'm not sure what happened.

Our son had previously delt with another company closer to his home and was not satisfied after several attempts to repair his mobility scooter. I met Tina at a social situation. Right away I knew she was knowledgeable in her field and our son was looked after immediately, problem solved. Both Tina and her mechanic are an asset to you and your company.

I visited Ontario home health for a CPAP machine and was very impressed with the store and the staff. The store was very clean and Gabriel provided excellent customer service. Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and kind and set me up with my new machine. I would certainly recommend.

I just had my annual review by Gabriel from the orangeville office. All I can say is that I have never had a better experience in a annual review. Gabriel was thorough and most importantly one of the nicest people I have met.

I got my CPAP machine and supplies from HomeHealth, and my brother gets his supplies from here too. They offer high-quality products and very professional service. I usually deal with Leanna; she is a very nice person and knows her job well. I will continue to do business here. Thank you very much.

Sharing an experience I had with Ontario Home Health. I had picked up some items as suggested by a pre-surgical appointment at the hospital. One of the items suggested a walker, and given I was not going to be able to drive I purchased the items as suggested. After the surgery the nurse suggested I would be be better of with crutches. As I hadn't used the walker and it still had the tags on them I thought I would give them a call to see if some type of exchange was possible even though the invoice said all sales final.
After speaking with the lady on the phone from Home Health on a Friday and explaining the situation, I was informed she had to check with her manager. I had made the call shortly after noon and had hoped to hear back in a timely fashion.
I called back on Saturday after not hearing back from her however they were closed for the weekend, so tried calling a few times again Monday morning. After getting through to the same lady it was a quick, "My manger said no".
I am a little disappointed with the level of service from this company, not sure why she couldn't call back at very least as I made sure not to use the walker and had my wife rent a pair of crutches so it would remain unused. I understand that it's a medical product but given they rent them it's not like they couldn't have added it to their existing inventory.
I would have been willing to make an even swap for the crutches, take a rental pair or anything really, but there was no ability to discuss, a simple no from her and a pause, no explanation or reasoning. I expressed my disapointment with their decision and poor customer service and still no explanation.
Good thing there are two other medical product suppliers in Owen Sound.
Meeting Tina at Ontario Home Health Cambridge really improved my experience with mobility scooter repairs. I was previously dealing with another company; they were rude, didn’t listen, and charged me even when they didn’t fix the issue. But Tina understood my problem, and went the extra mile to get it fixed properly. Now I only deal with Ontario Home Health Cambridge, even thought they're further away from me. Good results and friendly people.

Amazing help for Alberta client!
I live in Calgary and needed to get a home hospital bed for my mother in Collingwood. She had sustained a fall and was unable to get out her bed. I needed it set up in her living room of her suite so she could watch TV. I spoke to Elizabeth and she immediately got to work finding one for me. A few hours later,success!The bed and needed tray table were set for delivery within a few days. Add to that ,furniture would need to be moved to make room for the bed setup. No problem-the delivery team not only delivered on time,with speedy setup,they moved things to make room for caregivers to manoeuvre around easily. What I had envisioned from Alberta as a difficult situation ,became seamless! I cannot thank this team enough for all their help!

I’m not sure what Ricky Spanish is talking about. Ontario Home Health is a fabulous company. I have been using them for YEARS and have had nothing but excellent service from them. They have fought to get me the equipment I NEED and supported my {dis}ABILITIES Unleashed show when no one else would take a chance on a brand new community event. This company is amazing…looking at your other 5 reviews, shows your utter contempt for people…maybe you are basing your comments on the cartoon character of the same name from American Dad.
I HIGHLY recommend Ontario Home Health!

I'm a local contractor and was considering stopping in too see if you guys sold oxy concentrators but after being harrassed by an employee here I will refuse to ever use this location for anything if the lady harrasses strangers how does she treat vulnerable elderly people all I know is she is a nasty smoker

Home Health serviced my Mother’s walker. The experience was easy and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent and the staff are extremely knowledgeable.
