Impeccable, responsive & swift service- from ordering, delivery to another province & subsequent collection of garment by the courier service. Beautiful, quality garment aside- I enjoyed the shopping (ie rental process) & the extra mile taken in ensuring garment arrived at short notice & what is overall excellent customer service. Absolutely fantastic experience with Onrotate - I cannot recommend them enough! When the dress I ordered didn’t fit exactly right, Kelly was so helpful - I experienced a quick, convenient and hassle-free return/exchange process, and we found the perfect dress from their extensive collection of gorgeous eveningwear in time for my event! An absolutely delightful and fuss free experience. It seems risky to hire a party outfit without trying it on etc but I had enough time to make sure it fit nicely and that it was the perfect dress for the occasion. I also did not need to do ANYTHING except wait for the courier ! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone !

Couldn’t have been more pleased the with service I reviewed from OnRotate!
They were so helpful in providing measurements before booking the dress, this is something other hire companies didn’t help with. The dress fit perfectly.
Onrotate will definitely be my first choice when I need to hire again.

I had been looking for a white dress to wear for my engagement shoot and Onrotate had the most beautiful dress! I ordered it on Wednesday evening and it arrived the very next day for my engagement shoot. The service was spectacular and so easy! No need to run around the shops to find a dress, I literally found the perfect one while sitting on my couch! Would highly recommend using Onrotate!
