First class service at a great price. Great communication from the company re pricing and set up. The installation of the new boiler went ahead smoothly as planned by two fitters who clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They also took the time to lodge the guarantee for me and explain the controls. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would recommend to others.

My boiler finally packed in 3 days before I went on holiday, leaving me with no hot water or central heating. I messaged these guys through their website at midnight on Wednesday, woke up to a reply first thing on the Thursday morning, everything was arranged in about an hour. Scott and Paddy showed up at exactly 8am on the Friday morning and got stuck right in! Everything was done and dusted by 12.30. Really friendly, chatty guys. Didn't stop from the second they arrived, and answered any questions I had during the fitting. Once finished, Scott ran through how to operate the boiler and even registered it for me there and then. I can't recommend this company enough. So easy to deal with and just fantastic service from start to finish, and the price was amazing, almost £1000 cheaper than my plumber friend's mates rates! And a new working boiler in about 36 hours from when I first emailed them at midnight. Thanks so much again for the incredibly prompt service and massive thanks to the legendary fitters Scott and Paddy. If you need a new boiler I wouldn't even bother phoning anybody else!!

Very Efficient service from start to finish. From contacting company for a quote, receiving and agreeing a suitable fitment date. Scott and Paddy then arriving day and time arranged, and removing old boiler and fitting new within 4 hours. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends who may need a boiler in the future.
