One was a joy to work with. They followed up very well. The finished project left the smallest punch list I have ever experienced. A timely project was very important as we needed the house back for Thanksgiving. They were exactly on schedule. I was very happy with the work and quality of all their subs.

Gary and the One Residential team recently completed an extensive remodel of our vacation home in Downtown Denver.
We have experience with remodeling investment properties, building out office spaces, and remodeling properties out of state.
Gary and his One Residential team came highly recommended by a local Architect here in Denver.
Living out of state with a complicated town house remodel made the choice of the right contractor critical. Our remodel involved creating an additional bathroom from a laundry space, adding a fireplace, remodeling two and a half bathrooms, and redesigning the kitchen.
One Residential with Luke supervising our project was definitely the right choice and fit for us.
Gary and his team managed the project from start to finish in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. Our budget was honored, timelines were met, and the project was completed on time.
Our first meeting was on sight with Gary and Luke. We walked through the property, discussed our wish list, budget, and timeline for completion.
Gary pointed out any potential structural challenges and any issues he would need to investigate further before bidding out the project.
Unlike other contractors that we have used, Gary’s presentation and approach to the project followed more of a traditional business model.
His cost spreadsheet for the budget used real numbers with documentation to support each line item in the proposed budget. We were also provided a calendar that detailed each phase of the remodel. We knew when each subcontractor would be on site, when we needed to have our materials and appliances picked, and when the project would be completed.
As different phases were completed, Gary would bill us throughout the project. Recipients from each vendor were attached with the bill to provide total transparency. The Budget spreadsheet was also updated and we always knew if we were under or over budget in any area.
The business part of the process was very straightforward and accurate and on budget.
It is important to mention that Gary and the One Residential team only use subcontractors that he has worked with on other projects, knows the quality of their work, and has an established working relationship.
Luke was our project manager and our eyes and ears throughout the remodel since we live out of state. Luke is an impressive young man who is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and was on site daily overseeing the project. Luke has a relaxed and positive demeanor and was available to answer questions, send pictures, measurements, or face-time whenever we needed. Working with Luke was like working with a family member or good friend who was always looking out for our best interest and making sure there were no surprises or disappointments.
With so many details and selections needed to be made on a project of this magnitude we ended up hiring a wonderful designer, Cindy McCoy. She worked closely with Luke to coordinate the delivery of materials, request measurements, and make on site design decisions for us. Luke worked well with Cindy and was a critical part of making sure that all the moving parts worked together and that the project was completed on time. With all the remodeling we have done in the past, we have never worked with a site supervisor as dedicated and focused as Luke. He made sure that the highest quality standards were met and more importantly that the process was enjoyable and stress free for us.
Gary and the On Residential team did a wonderful job completing this very complicated remodel. Clearly having a positive working relationship with his clients and making sure they are completely satisfied is the cornerstone of Gary's business. He takes pride in his work and holds himself and his staff to very high standards. We couldn't be happier with the amazing transformation to our beautiful vacation home and the wonderful friendships that we have developed along the way. If One Residential was in Florida, Gary and his team would definitely be building our next home!
Our experience with ONE Residential Builders has been positive throughout the project. Our initial meeting with Gary Fuller was comprehensive, logical and realistic. We walked Gary through our residence and clarified priorities, wants and possible add-ons if our budget allowed. Gary then analyzed this information and presented us with an accurate cost estimate in addition to a timeline from start to completion date. Any deviations, regarding cost or time, were due to change orders or additions we added to the initial concept.
Luke was our project manager. He was onsite daily. He greeted us with the schedule for the day, what subs were coming and work being performed. He was in control of all aspects of the job and responded quickly to subcontractor questions, logistical needs or, when needed, to have them redo work if it was not up to ONE Residential standards. Luke was an integral part of how our project moved along on the timeline. His final question to us each day: were we satisfied with the work performed?
Gary and Luke were quick to address any concerns we had regarding paint, electrical, plumbing, or construction issues. We are detail and quality oriented clients and ONE Residential responded to any issues that arose.
Lines of communication were excellent. Gary and Luke were always available to take calls and respond to emails or text messages. They were a pleasure to work with.

Gary and One Residential just completed an extensive remodel of our apartment in Wind Crest. We replaced everything inside except windows. Over the years we have had many remodels done, and built a custom mountain home. Our experience with Gary exceeds any other we have had.

Gary and his crew at ONE Residential did an outstanding job for us. We completed an extensive renovation and addition (took our house down to the brick exterior walls, then popped the top). We interviewed 3 builders. Gary's proposal and bid were the most professional and the most thorough. Gary thought of items and potential expenses that the other builders didn't catch. Coupling that with his warm personality, it was an easy choice to go with Gary! Throughout the building process, Gary expertly managed hurdles associated with product shipping delays due to covid. Gary respected our budget and worked with us to make sure we were making the best financial decisions for various items that popped up throughout the construction phase. Also, as an architect-owner, my husband had particular ideas that needed to be seen through to completion with fine detail. Gary totally "gets it!" and was able to deliver quality design details.

Gary Fuller and ONE Residential completed a major custom remodel and building project on our home. We completely redid our basement and deck, replaced windows, and added a 2nd story deck. Included was major plumbing, electrical, stucco, bathrooms, drywall, and everything in between. Gary is always there when he says he'll be, and the communication is second to none. He is very helpful with design choices and fixtures. As a GC, he will be on site basically every single day. If any issues came up during or even after the project, they were immediately addressed in a professional manner. Pricing and transparency of subcontractor invoices was great. The bid was essentially accurate based on the set of plans, with the exception of inevitable changes or specialty items added during the remodel. We really appreciated this aspect. The subcontractors all showed up on time and Gary coordinated the project perfectly. ONE Residential did a great job on our remodeling project and we would recommend them for anyone contemplating a major custom remodeling.
