Jess narrowed down my specific requirements and budget to a handful of units and made the search quick! When the apartment I liked listed features that didn’t exist Jess pointed them out to the leasing agent of the apartment and got them to lower the price of the unit! I would have never noticed or gotten that. There is a real benefit in working with a professional. Very chill and cool demeanor as well, I’d want to kick it with Jess and have a beer, highly recommend!
