Je ne repasserai plus par leur service de courtier en voiture de location. Annulation de la voiture prevue initialement la veille au soir de la prise en charge et si je n’avais pas contacté OneClickDrive pour confirmer la veille, j’aurais eu la surprise à l’aéroport. Bref. À eviter

New cars imported from abroad but mechanically worn out in Marrakech and Tangier. Customer service is far from the best, and the promises stated in the contracts are not fulfilled. The car was a modern model, but it felt like a 6‑cylinder engine that consumed a lot of fuel. There was engine vibration when starting off. I agreed with them on having a child seat in the car, but when I picked it up, it wasn’t there. They also promised I would get it the next day, but after two and a half hours of messaging, they confirmed that there was no child seat available in the entire Marrakech branch. Their service cannot be compared to other car rental companies in terms of quality, reliability, and response speed. My rating for this company does not exceed two stars.

All went good. Was an issue with baby chair but was resolved by replacement. Car good condition. Dacia Sandero Fuel policy same to same. Remember to wash the car or agree in advance if you want this to be done by the company. Ali was a good hep and clear in communication.
