Very bad experience, I absolutely do not recommend them. I booked a car, received a confirmation, and paid the deposit. To my surprise, the night before the delivery, they sent an cancellation message claiming the car was unavailable! Simply returning the deposit does not compensate for the financial and stressful burden they caused. Due to their lack of professionalism and breach of commitment, I was forced to find an alternative car last minute at a much higher price. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas. J'avais réservé une voiture, confirmation reçue et acompte versé. À ma grande surprise, la veille de la livraison, ils m'ont envoyé un message d'annulation sous prétexte que la voiture n'était plus disponible ! Le simple remboursement de l'acompte ne répare pas le préjudice matériel et moral subi. À cause de leur manque de professionnalisme et du non-respect de leurs engagements, j'ai dû chercher en urgence une autre voiture à un prix bien plus élevé.

I hade a horrible experience dealing with the company, I booked a car through their online service, they promised to deliver in 1 hr to my place , after 2.5 hrs of waiting, they contacted asking to come with a different car, such a waste of time

Huur geen auto bij dit bedrijf. Ik heb de auto volgens afspraak ingeleverd, maar mijn borg is nooit terugbetaald. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om contact op te nemen, heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet teruggekregen. Dit is een zeer frustrerende ervaring geweest en naar mijn mening volledig onacceptabele klantenservice. Een borg hoort te worden terugbetaald wanneer aan de huurvoorwaarden is voldaan. Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik Raqam Wahid Car Rental LLC aan niemand aanbevelen. Wees zeer voorzichtig voordat je een voertuig huurt bij dit bedrijf.

It was a wonderfull service, good prices. When we arrived the car was completely cleaned and was there on time. I had contact with Ashraf on whatsapp and he helped me to fix everything before departure untill the return. I will definetly come back again

I rented a car in Marrakech through OneClickDrive, and I want to share my experience. You don’t need to book a taxi from the airport — no matter where you are staying in Marrakech, they will deliver the car directly to your hotel and also pick it up when you're done, with no extra charge! The driver will bring the car to your location, explain everything clearly, and make sure you're comfortable before leaving. Excellent service, very convenient.
