Une excellente expérience. Amina est très à l'écoute et répond très vite, j'ai pu récupérer la voiture sans aucuns problèmes et conforme à ce que j'avais demandé. Moi qui fait pas mal d'allers retours, c'est très important d'avoir quelqu'un de confiance comme Amina, merci beaucoup.

I wanna thank Zineb for all her hard work from the first message to my calls when I was in Morocco. For me it was great experience it was smooth she answered about all my questions and when I arrived to the airport they was waiting for me with my car without any problems ☺️

The level of service I have received was outstanding, I made all my arrangements from Turkiye prior to my arrival. Choosing the vehicle, making the payment and communication was so easy. I rented a car from Zawadi car rental through this website , be careful it’s a fraud company , they will keep lying to you , at the end they send you a random invoice to inform you that you damaged their car. they don’t give back the deposit, the website cannot do anything for you even though you have the proof (video and picture of the car). One Click Drive you have to make sure that your listed merchants are legit and trustworthy. I didn’t leave the car , they didn’t come to pick up the key they kept lying to me , I waited them for more than four hours , they even stoped replying to my messages , so please check the facts and stop giving excuses to steal peoples money.

We reviewed your situation and found that leaving the car unattended without returning the keys directly to the supplier led to the damages and subsequent invoice. We also want to emphasise that we did our best to mediate with the supplier on your behalf. While we can often resolve many issues successfully, there are situations, particularly those involving negligence, that are beyond our control. While we empathize with the inconvenience caused by the unexpected rain, it is the responsibility of the renter to return the car safely and securely to avoid such incidents.
