I reached out to Stefano from Onboard last October to have some work done on our new (to us) home back in December.
It was clear from the the very early communications, this was the right decision. Stefano was informative, communicative, friendly and fair. We were looking to have a couple of cracks on the plaster ceiling of our living/ dining room combo, and then the very big task of Skim coating that textured ceiling to smooth it out. In addition to that we also needed some drywall patching around the main water line (note that in the photo below Stefano did not do the reorientation of the water meter, we had a plumbing tech so that) Stefano always responded to my (many questions) promptly, providing valuable information that helped us with decision making.
We made arrangements for the jobs to be completed in 3 days (other companies quoted me on 2) but I could tell that Stefano wanted to take the time to ensure the job was completed to the highest of standards. He arrived on time, kept the area clean throughout the work period and went above and beyond to ensure quality. He even applied a fourth coat over our ceiling despite only quoting us on 3. We are thrilled with the finished products and are so happy we went with Onboard. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

I had minor repairs around the house and a major a water leak in my living room ceiling. I didn't know what to do, so I put everything into the form on Onboard Drywall's website and Stefano got back to me so fast with a quote. Pricing was very good, and he gave easy to follow instructions. Everything was very simple. Stefano was very helpful and talked me through everything, making me feel calm and taken care of. Stefano continued to respond quickly via email and text. On the day of the repair, Stefano came by and was very professional, easy to talk to, easy to work with. I was working from home and had tons of meetings. Stefano never bothered me one bit -- he knew exactly what he was doing, had his own tools, and took the time to explain things to me. He even told me to return a few things and taught me a lot about drywall, paint and restoration. He was fast, clean and so efficient. For my job, Stefano was asked to repair living room ceiling, bathroom shower grout, bathroom water sealing, baseboard trims, and basement drywall repair. He patched things up, painted everything, cleaned up after, and left my place looking like new! Excellent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable service -- I would highly recommend Onboard Drywall and Stefano!
