Rashad and EVERYONE at Omni Air are amazing. They have taken care of us for a couple of years. This year, we had to get an entire new system installed and they were timely, efficient, and knowledgeable with the installation. Their work is immaculate. All of the crew -and Anna (who schedules and keeps the operation running), are all kind and caring. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!!

My AC not running too cold. I live in La Veta Monterey condo in Orange. The AC unit is on top of the 2 story-roof. I learn OmniAir from my HOA manager. I am glad I did. First Anna was patient and taking her time with me since I am elderly and very slow. She took care of the Certificate of Insurance required by my HOA. Other AC companies I talked to - they just said, 'go on the internet and find it yourself'. Then Zach and Adam showed up early one morning. These guys they work hard climbing to the roof and very through in their diagnosis. Left nothing to chances. Genuinely nice and straight forward folks. They got my AC running cold and Zach proved it to me. Well, then the bill came, and it is not cheap, but it is all worth it for the great service they gave me. They did give me $100 off. It helped. Overall, I had a 'well-taken care' of experience' by Anna -Zach and Adam. Thank you.

We asked for a functioning unit, and as of today we do NOT have a functioning unit. AND there is no warranty. So if the unit doesn't work after a month, the consumer has absolutely no recourse.

Horrible! STAY AWAY from using this company!
They charge many thousands of dollar to replace 2 parts. They told us it will take 4-6 hours, but after 2-3 different visits and 14 hours each, with the new part leaking continuously for the entire time, the unit is still not working.
Then they have the audacity to ask for payment on a non-functioning unit! And to add insult to injury, they ask for another thousand to fix the non-functioning unit AND there's NO warranty! WOW!
We are definitely exploring legal options as well as getting the CSLB involved.
BEWARE!!

I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the services we provided. Initially, we were called in to repair a non-functional furnace. Since then, we have conducted multiple visits, provided diagnoses, and prepared quotes at no cost to you.
As outlined in our contract, the first step was to replace a custom coil. This component required over a month for our team to manufacture and obtain due to the complexity of the system. This is an older hydraulic unit, and while it presented several challenges, our team successfully addressed them—all without receiving any payment from your company, DS Properties.
Subsequently, we identified additional work required to complete the repairs, but you chose not to proceed further. To date, we have not received any payment for the work and resources we have invested.
We value professionalism and fair business practices, which makes it particularly disappointing to see this situation remain unresolved. We hope to address this matter constructively and would appreciate your prompt response regarding the outstanding balance.

We had a heater problem messaged couple of hvac guys. Zach replied quickly. He was very helpful and honest with our heater problem! They came in a timely manner. He made some good recommendations and told us how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Friendly and trustworthy would recommend!

I'm an electrician by trade so I don't really work on AC units much, but I thought to give this company a try.
They sold us on a capacitor that was maybe valued at $50 and charged $500. Then tried to charge a couple hundred more to clean the AC unit. Literally just to take leaves and dust off.
Then tried saying we needed a new AC unit for $10,000-$15,000.
We hired another company to come out and assess their findings... Turns out everything was fine.
I'm sure they have helped some people, but they have also taken advantage of so many others.
Shame on this place.
I recommend that If you hire this company and they suggest something needs replacing, please get a second opinion before committing with them.
It is a clear ripoff. They gave us bogus reasons why things should cost as much but we figured us all other companies charge much less. They were supposed to come back for another service but that was a worst overall service we got in years. Can’t recommend them to anyone. Writing the review so that they would not get to do this to others.
I would go lower than one star if that was possible. The worst service experience ever in our past 25 years in OC!

Anthony was an awesome technician. Very professional. I will not only use Omni Air but I will refer them to all my family and friends
My AC was leaking, and Harri was quick and efficient with the repair. He could have been done quicker if I didn’t ask so many questions about the process of repairing.
Thankfully, he was happy to thoroughly educate me. His service was a complete pleasure, which is the main reason why my wife and I decided to add on the one year maintenance service.
I recommended anyone with HVAC problems to call Omni Air HVAC. I appreciate it!
