From initially contacting Alfie to him arriving to complete the work, he quickly responded to any messages/questions. Alfie arrived on time, the work was carried out quickly and professionally. Photos were even taken to show me before and after the work had been completed which I wasn’t expecting. If I need anything for the roof again I’ll definitely be calling Alfie at Omega Roofing.
Alfie and his team were absolutely fantastic. After being let down by a number of other local roofers, I contacted Omega. Omega were here when they said they would be, both for a quote and to carry out the work. They were quick and efficient, polite and most importantly honest! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member and will certainly use them for any future works.
Rang up late on the 16th to ask about getting a shattered ridge till replaced. By 2.30 the next day on the 17th the job was done.
