We worked with Gabriel to design and build what we considered to be the perfect mantel for our family room. Gabriel came to our home and was very pleasant to work with. He listened to our thoughts, answered our questions and made suggestions as appropriate. The mantel was ready when promised and still crated to protect it from damage in transportation when the installers delivered. After installation, Gabriel continued to serve us and recommended a product to seal the stone (after having let it dry for about a month). Also his confidence about the mantel being able to withstand the heat of the fireplace (it gets very hot) was reassuring. We receive compliments from all who see the mantel. Thank you Omega Mantels. You have a happy customer.

I love my new fireplace surround and heath. It is a statement piece in the room, cool, modern, I love it. I never could have designed this on my own. Grace sent me designs, gave advice, and we kept tweaking the design until it was perfect. She worked with my builder to ensure the measurements were exact and even spent time with me afterward to make sure I knew how to care for it. Exceptional customer service and a high quality product.

My experience with Liam was incredible. He was patient, detail oriented and really cared about my project and needs. He went above and beyond to help me design a complicated mantle and hearth in a very tight space proving anything is possible with a good designer. The install process was so simple and easy, I was so surprised. I love it; it’s a game changer for my living room aesthetic.

The experience working with Omega Mantels was awesome from the get go. I contacted them and I was introduced to Vitto who was professional , knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Vitto made the whole process easy and stress free. He was there to sell us a mantle that we wanted. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his honest opinion, which we appreciated. When Vitto told us that something was going to happen it happened, the time lines were followed and he did his best to expedite the install. We were able to get our mantel in a timely fashion and the install was fast and clean. We are very pleased with the product and the finish of the mantel and would highly recommend Omega Mantels and Vitto.

Joe was the absolute best to work with!! I have to say he was the most kind, hard working, efficient sales person I have ever worked with. If you’re looking for a mantel- ask for him!! I wanted a certain mantel by Thanksgiving and the ship time was over a month (into January) but Joe helped me and there so happened to be one available in the style/color/ size I wanted. He worked so quickly to ensure it was delivered by Thanksgiving. It looks soooo beautiful. Definitely the centerpiece of our home and 100 percent worth it! I love the pearl honed color. I had the BEST experience with Gino at Omega Mantels! Gino was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from design to delivery. To start, he shipped me a box of stone samples to make sure I had a good idea of what all the stones and textures looked like. I also had a quartzite hearth already installed that I wanted to match to, so having samples was very helpful! When it came to selecting designs, I was really impressed that I was provided professional drawings with measurements of the designs I selected to the specifications of my space. Gino also set up conference calls with me to review them and he was very helpful in answering all my questions until I decided on the final design. From beginning to end, the entire experience with Omega Mantels was very professional and top notch! I couldn’t be happier with my new mantel, just in time for Christmas! Thank you Gino and Omega Mantels for such a wonderful experience and beautiful product!

Better then expected. Larry was great to deal with and responded to all my questions quickly usually within minutes. The delivery went smoothly. Installation was easier than expected but I did hire a handyman for assistance since it is heavy. I would use them again.

Amazing sales and design team helped me design and execute a custom fireplace surround and mantle as well as a cooktop vent hood. Designed exactly to my specifications I couldn’t be happier. They are lighted and much easier to install than sold stone but they look like they are. Look no further than Omega Stone Mantels for your custom stone designs.

I was a little skeptical when my wife found the fireplace mantels online. It's a little "scary" to order something that heavy and big that you haven't seen in person to be drop shipped to your house. Now that it's installed it looks awesome. The ordering process was very simple and our rep, Alicher, called us several times to discuss it and make sure that it was sized correctly before he would process the order. He sent us out a stone sample chart and catalogs that made it easy for us to figure out which stone and color to pick. Installation was fairly easy as well. We live in the north shore suburbs of Chicago and our construction company, Platinum Touch Industries, had no issues putting it in. They made sure the floor and the walls were perfectly flat before the Mantle even arrived which made the process go much quicker. If you are looking for a way to upgrade a fireplace Omega Stone Mantels is an awesome choice. Don't be scared by it being shipped from Canada. Measure several times and just review what the finished area will look like, and you will be very happy once its installed.
